The changes taking place in society are rapid and dramatic. They do not bypass preschool education either. There is a shift in target guidelines and more and more new requirements are being put forward for the basic competencies of a preschooler.
Governor of the Perm Territory M. G. Reshetnikov determines one of the priority directions of state policy and creates a request for a free, proactive, creative person, with a high level of spirituality and intelligence, focused on the best final results.
The process of forming the socialization of a child today comes to the fore. In our teaching activities, we often observe: preschoolers behave awkwardly in an unusual, new environment for them, sparingly express their feelings and emotions, and strictly “act” according to the script, as adults taught them. This means that children’s social skills are not sufficiently developed.
Concert activities help us reveal children's potential. Why? We believe that concert activities meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Education, as a way to support individuality and initiative in preschool children, and develop their social and communication skills.
Working in a holding company consisting of four kindergartens, we involve children in participating in various events at different levels: concerts, festivals, propaganda platforms, theatrical performances, etc. By systematically involving preschoolers in public speaking, children become more relaxed, self-confident, active in communication, freely build dialogues with peers and adults.
In the modern world, all creative youth play KVN. The potential of the KVN game as an important social phenomenon is enormous. We have found another effective resource for ourselves - this is the preschool KVN movement. We believe that playing KVN will help a growing person:
− develop your creative abilities,
− will teach you to communicate freely, express your thoughts,
- work in a team,
− show initiative and independence.
We are always ready for change, mobile, capable of making non-standard decisions - and in the fall of 2020 we took the first step - we were trained at the KVN School.
Inspired by the process of preparing for the game and the successful result, we clearly decided that the KVN game is accessible to preschoolers. Assuming that the introduction of the KVN movement in preschool educational institutions will help preschoolers socialize freely in the modern world, the society jointly created the pedagogical project “And preschoolers play in KVN.”
The project is relevant and socially significant, as it is focused on solving problems in the formation of social and communication skills: preschoolers become more relaxed, witty, self-confident, active in communication, and freely build dialogues with peers and adults. Also, this project is another innovative form of working with parents.
The goal of the project: solving educational problems in the formation of socialization of preschool children, through the creation of a KVN movement in preschool educational institutions with the participation of children, teachers, and parents.
The objectives of the project are aimed at children, teachers, and parents.
For children:
- Promote the development of individuality, children's initiative and independence;
- Improve the ability to interact with adults, peers, and the ability to collaborate in a team;
- Develop the ability to regulate your emotional state depending on the situation, freely express your feelings and emotions;
- Instill a sense of humor (the ability to come up with a joke, understand it, tell it publicly);
- Foster responsibility and the desire for successful results in joint action.
For teachers:
- Create conditions for the introduction of KVN - a movement in the educational process of preschool educational institutions;
- Complete training for the creative group at the KVN School;
- Involve social partners in cooperation;
- Develop a program of additional education.
For parents:
- Introduce the main components of the KVN game, the rules and methods of preparing for it;
- Enrich parent-child relationships with the experience of joint creative activity;
- Form an active parental position in this direction.
To implement the project, I use human, material, technical, information and financial resources:
- Personnel: creative group of teachers of MADO Kindergarten No. 27 “Cheburashka”;
- Material and technical: material base of the educational institution;
- Informational: website of the MBU “Youth Palace”, “KVN School”, open group “Southern League KVN Championship”;
- Financial: budgetary funds of the educational institution and funds received from extra-budgetary activities.
It’s always hard to start something new, so we enlisted support and established cooperation with partners. This is the presenter and organizer of KVN games in the city of Tchaikovsky D. Baranishnin, current participants of the KVN team “Not in Business”, MBU Intersettlement Multifunctional.
Following the idea of the project, the following results were expected:
Children will develop the skills to think actively (reflect), learn to find a way out of any situation, draw conclusions, prove, explain, and have a certain speech activity; joke and understand the joke correctly; show initiative and independence; interact with adults and peers; collaborate as a team, strive for a successful result. Children will be emotional in communication.
The preschool educational institution has created conditions for the development of the preschool KVN movement. The teachers have been trained and know the main components of the game, the rules and how to prepare for it. The conceptual apparatus has been enriched: “ruler”, “bolt”, “beat”, etc.
An additional education program has been developed. Interaction with new social partners is planned.
Parents clearly understand the importance of creating a KVN movement in preschool educational institutions as a tool for the socialization of children. Parents are active participants in KVN games at the institutional and municipal level. Which helps strengthen parent-child relationships.
The main forms of project implementation were divided into target groups:
1 block. Focused on children:
− Conversations “What is KVN?”, “What kind of joke is there,” “a smile will make the world brighter,” etc.;
− Rhyming games, complete the poem, insert the missing words;
− Imitation games;
− Drama games;
− Speech activity: “Write a joke”, “Remember a funny story from life”, “Write a comment on something”;
− Creative activity: “Draw a non-existent animal”, “Depict an orchestra”, “Design a stage costume”, “Demonstration of a costume”, “Depict a pantomime”;
− Team building games: games in pairs, joint games with several partners, round dance games, games with rules, role-playing games;

− Questioning parents and identifying “former” participants in the KVN game;
− Workshop “Introduction to the KVN genre”;
− Games in KVN;

− Search and selection of information from various information sources;
− Doing homework “Write a joke”, “Come up with a ditty”, “Bring a funny photo”, “Miracle vegetable”, etc.;
− Attending KVN games of the Southern League of the Kama Region.
And like any activity, a project cannot develop without a clear plan. We created a creative group at the OU. The teachers were trained at the “KVN School” and created an open group “Cheburashka KVN” in VK. We also analyzed information resources and selected game material. It was important for us that the idea of a preschool KVN would find the support of colleagues and the administration and be introduced into the practice of the preschool educational institution.
We immediately organized activities for the participation and performance of the “Baby Boom” team in the KVN Southern League Humor Cup.” It was important for us that the team’s performance was assessed at an external level. Further, information about the team’s victory was posted on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Perm Territory, in order to attract the attention of the public and the media to the issue of the need to support various forms of manifestation and development of social and creative activity of young people.
It is important that the preschool KVN movement has new participants. And what a dream - the birth of the Preschool KVN League in Tchaikovsky!
The used model of socialization of preschool children through the creation of a KVN movement can be used in other preschool educational institutions.
The main thing that every teacher should remember is that KVN games in a preschool environment are, first of all, an educational tool, and only then an “Event for show.”
