Additional education teacher of the highest qualification category Kiseleva Lyubov Alekseevna Municipal Educational Institution Dovolenskaya Secondary School 2 Novosibirsk Region, Dovolensky. - presentation

What information to include in your portfolio

The first qualification category is established in accordance with the results achieved:

  • based on the results of monitoring students’ mastery of educational programs;
  • based on the results of identifying students’ development of abilities for intellectual, creative, physical education and sports activities;
  • on personal contribution to improving the quality of education, optimizing teaching and educational methods, transferring experience of the practical results of their professional activities, active participation in the work of methodological associations of teaching staff of the organization.

The results of activities in these areas are collected in an individual folder, which contains information on personal professional achievements, the results of training, education and development of students, the teacher’s contribution to the development of the education system over a certain period of time and participation in the public life of the institution.

How to register

Information on the rules for processing and submitting data for various categories of workers is developed by scientific and methodological centers, including the Ufa National Scientific Research Center (certification, portfolio, rules for conducting and processing the latter are provided by the specified center).

The portfolio is filled out by the teacher independently in accordance with the logic of reflecting the results of his professional activities based on criteria approved by the position in the organization, and contains a self-assessment of his work.

Registration takes place in a storage folder with files on paper or electronically. The portfolio of a kindergarten teacher for certification, as well as the portfolio of a librarian for certification, are compiled according to a similar structure.

Participation in the social life of the College

An important area of methodological work at the College is the organization of communication between secondary vocational education institutions and secondary schools in cooperation on issues of vocational guidance for high school and middle school students. Conducting classes on career guidance, excursions for schoolchildren around the College, to the Technical Educational College and to the Museum of the History of Radio Electronics - makes it possible to introduce high school students to the opportunities for obtaining vocational education at the level of a mid-level specialist - technician, with the possibility of career growth in production, in institutions of various forms of ownership, as well as continuing education at a higher educational institution in the field of training.

In technical education

Great potential lies in schoolchildren, their interest in creative projects, the desire to help preserve nature and save resources in a variety of ways using the latest discoveries in the field of biology, physics, chemistry, the desire to create models with their own hands, interest in the history of their homeland and their family were manifested at City festival of scientific and technical creativity of youth “Education.
The science. Production". My participation in the competition jury provided an invaluable service for further professional growth and gave a creative charge for the future achievements of our students. College of Communications No. 54 actively cooperates with FSAU "FIRO", including in the field of information technology: in 2014. I was the moderator of the satellite site “Introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard for Secondary Education”; scientific, methodological and educational materials posted on the site are aimed at the administration of regions and educational institutions. The organization of the educational process at the College is based on a solid scientific and methodological basis in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard; the introduction of third-generation standards will be completed in full in the next academic year, when methodological recommendations for organizing independent (extra-curricular) work of students will be included in the teaching materials of each discipline. A lot of work has been done, no less significant work remains to be done. Together we can do more - the motto of my electronic project and the credo of my professional activity. Top

Additional education teacher portfolio

Portfolio for the competition “I give my heart to children”
Author: Murashova Natalia Yurievna Additional education teacher MBOU Secondary School No. 58

Goal: exchange of experience Objectives: present the volume and quality of the work done to participate in the competition for additional education teachers on 20 slides (no more) with an explanatory note. * give recommendations on registration and participation in such competitions. Content:

Section I. Education and advanced training 1. Amur Regional College of Culture and Arts Qualification “Teacher-organizer of leisure, director” Specialization “Socio-cultural activities and folk artistic creativity” 2. Pedagogical Institute of the Pacific State University. Qualification "Teacher-speech therapist" Specialization "Rehabilitation training for aphasia"

Advanced training (table): Here you see a list of advanced training courses. In particular, training at the Far Eastern Scientific and Methodological Center for Occupational Health and Road Safety, which made it possible to develop the “Young Traffic Inspector” program for grades 5-7. Training as a speech therapist helped me remake all my work programs with an emphasis on the development of coherent speech. In February 2020, she was certified for the I qualification category

Areas of work I work in two places: the main place of work is MBOU Secondary School No. 58 and part-time I teach extracurricular activities at school No. 44. Additional education on the basis of MBOU Secondary School No. 58: - Beadwork circle (12 years old) - Dance group "LIYA" "(12 years old) - "Quilling - paper filigree" (4 years old) - Theater club (12 years old) Extracurricular activities: - Junior Inspectorate for Children (Young Inspector of Children's Inspector) course on the basis of MBOU Secondary School No. 58 - Club "Beadwork for grades 1-2" based on MBOU Secondary School No. 44

Section II. Creative projects Over the past few years, our school No. 58 has implemented several innovative projects: an experimental site was created, a development program “We are people of one planet” was developed. And additional education goes hand in hand with this program. I present to your attention the project “Use of quilling techniques to introduce schoolchildren to Russian folk crafts.” The purpose of this project: Using the quilling technique (paper filigree) when making crafts in the style of Russian folk crafts.

The student population at our school is very diverse; there are refugees and just visitors from other countries. I consider it necessary: to introduce children of different nationalities to traditional Russian crafts, as well as to develop among their compatriots pride in the rich, primordial Russian traditions. The kids really love this project. Sketches for quilling paintings were developed based on Gzhel and Khokhloma painting.

We didn't stop there. On the “Beadwork” mug we create real amulets. After all, the “blue bird of happiness”, woven by children’s hands, will definitely bring happiness and good luck to the house.

I present to your attention my dance group “LIYA”, which will be 12 years old this year. The idea of Gzhel painting also manifested itself in the creation of costumes that I sewed myself for a dance group (from towels). Dance "Matryoshka".

Dance costumes based on Khokhloma and Gorodets painting, as well as Ukrainian motifs in the dances “Watermelons”, “Kalinka-Malinka” and “Radiant Sun” go in close tandem with exhibitions of children's works on quilling and beading, with other events as part of the educational program “ We are children of the same planet."

Sharing experience. On the website “Pantry of Entertainment” you can see publications of children's works, dance costumes and quilling master classes. Links: https://kladraz.ru/blogs/natalija-yurevna-murashova/cat-4162 https://kladraz.ru/blogs/natalija-yurevna-murashova/cat-4163

Creative projects (competitions for high school students) Our school has a tradition: every year we make a New Year's competitive and entertainment program for high school students in the form of a beauty contest. The topics are also proposed in accordance with the educational program. And high school students are happy to present their creative works to the jury, each of which deserves the title “project.” For example, the topic “Seasons” included the study of rituals and traditional holidays of Russia https://kladraz.ru/blogs/natalija-yurevna-murashova/vremena-goda-tradici-i-obrjady-rosi.html

The theme “The East is a delicate matter” made us look much more broadly at countries such as Japan, China, Egypt and India. These developments can be found on my page: https://kladraz.ru/blogs/natalija-yurevna-murashova/polozhenie-k-konkursu-dlja-starsheklasnikov-mis-i-mister-shkoly.html The theme “Carnival” plunged us into traditions of celebrating the Venetian carnival, Brazilian and Halloween. /blogs/natalija-yurevna-murashova/karnaval-konkursnaja-programa-dlja-starsheklasnikov.html

Section III. Innovative activities All these developments within the framework of the “We are people of one planet” program turned out to be in demand. An invitation to conduct master classes on quilling within the framework of the All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Psychology of the educational space: multifunctionality, opportunities, resources” came from the MAU DOD CVED “Otrada”.

Also, participation in the regional scientific and practical seminar “Technological module of the ethno-cultural component in the content of additional education”, held within the framework of the regional innovation complex “Model of the formation of ethno-cultural competence of subjects of educational activity in a multi-ethnic region” allowed me to discover new technologies for decorative- applied creativity. I really liked the Zen doodling direction. I'll tell you about it in other publications.

So we continue to develop our new projects in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard. Recently we held a festival of national cultures at our school. Everyone took part: from first-graders to high school students. The event was held at a high level: involvement, interest in traditions, exhibitions, fair, concert performances, individual projects - everything turned out to be large-scale and interesting.

Section IV. Extracurricular activities The Junior Traffic Inspector course (junior traffic inspector) is a socially useful practice (grades 5-7), designed for 3 years. The program has been developed and is currently in the testing stage. We hold events, participate in Olympiads, write and publish children's poems about traffic rules, which we plan to use for the propaganda team's performances. And we already have publications on social networks, certificates for author’s poems and 1st place in the all-Russian competition “Poetic Test of the Pen”. And this direction continues its path in our new project, which we recently developed “Talking Asphalt” /blogs/natalija-yurevna-murashova/proektnaja-dejatelnost-v-starshih-klasah.html

Section V. Our achievements I am very proud that my activities reach many schoolchildren of different ages.

There are certificates from first-grader Ilya Minaev for his work on beadwork; quilling paintings by Yana Goman and Alina Kopylova (5th grade), which took 1st and 3rd places in all-Russian competitions; Stets Anastasia (2nd grade) - 2nd place in the international competition (master class on beading); Vladimir Makushenko from 8th grade, 1st place for costumes and props for the fairy tale “Alice in Wonderland”; Murashova Irina and Snigarenko Veronica are laureates of the international festival “Great Pacific Ocean of Friendship and Dreams”; diploma 1st place for acting by Sumina Alexandra (11th grade); ... Plotnikova Alena (11th grade) - 1st degree diploma for poems and sketches for the last call “Holiday with your own hands” (screenwriting); Prosyannik Katya 4th grade - laureate of the 3rd degree of the All-Russian competition "Melodinka" (literary word, prose); Ovchinnikova Nastya (4th grade) - 2nd place in the all-Russian competition for a quilling painting based on Khokhloma painting... And much more.

Section VI. My hobbies. Hobby. * The next two photos were not included in the portfolio... this is me: I’m sharing positive things with you, my friends and daughters, I’m proud (not everyone is busy with work)

I make my own costumes.
For two daughters and my dance group, which I call “my third child.” The costume shop also has its own awards and first places. (photographer Diana Lipkina - see photo below)

* A couple of years ago, for certification, I started a blog on a pedagogical portal. There I publish my scripts, master classes, and write about interesting places or events in my Khabarovsk. And about your projects. * Last call projects are a very special piece of reality (every time something new). The costumes are sewn, we write the script, draw the scenery, cut the music and stage the numbers. Everyone dances with me: children, teachers and parents, and even head teachers and the director. And we already have four 1st places at the international and all-Russian level. * Photo and video shooting. I go to all school events with a camera, filming and photographing wonderful children in interesting costumes, chic looks, and wonderful performances. And I will never get tired of it.

Thank you for your attention. PS I liked that in this competition there was no need to print out and take a portfolio folder somewhere. This time, the organizers did everything competently and conveniently for teachers: for the first round, you had to post your portfolio and essay on the Internet via G-mail address, with limited access (only for jury members). To be honest, I didn’t think I would make it past the first round. I have a slightly different application of effort: I work for the school as a whole and try to reach more people in a variety of areas of activity, and not specifically in any one. This is both a plus and a minus at the same time. I think the jury was uncomfortable with my portfolio: you don’t know whether it’s arts and crafts or theater and dance. But for some reason I made it into the second round. Where I cut it short, to my relief, and did what I love and know how to do. I completely neglected my children with these competitions. Advice: if you, like me, work in a school and not in an aesthetic center, do not try to brag about everything that you have “done.” Choose one area of your activity and describe and develop it in detail. Don't spread yourself thin if you want to go further than the 2nd round. The jury loves specifics.
