Essay “I give my heart to children”
Kosorotova Lyudmila Sergeevna Primary school teacher MBOU Secondary School No. 1 with in-depth study of individual subjects
The 1984 school year was coming to an end. I, like all 10th grade graduates, was faced with choosing a profession. Then I did not have clear and clear ideas about further independent life. Since childhood, I was fond of sports - cross-country skiing and devoted all my free time to training. She performed at various competitions for the honor of the school and the city. I was thinking about becoming a coach. At school, one of my favorite subjects was history. She was taught by Maria Stepanovna Kobzeva. With her kindness, respect for her students, and her ability to interestingly tell and explain the topics of the lessons, she was able to captivate me so much that I was attracted to the mysterious profession of an archaeologist. In those years, the German language teacher and school director was Ivan Vasilyevich Ermolaev - a fair, wise man, a participant in the Great Patriotic War. At one of the last lessons we had a conversation about professions. It’s hard to say now what words the teacher found then, but after this conversation I decided to become a primary school teacher. Having graduated from a pedagogical school in the city of Zaraysk, I return as a teacher to my home school. Many years have passed since then. I am a teacher with 23 years of work experience. Kobzeva M.S. has been dead for a long time. and Ermolaeva I.V.. I remember these teachers with gratitude. With their example and professionalism, they were able to influence my choice of a teaching path. “It educates everything: people, things, phenomena, but most of all – people. Of these, the first place is occupied by parents and teachers.”[1].
“Childhood is the most important period of human life. And how childhood passed, who led the child by the hand during childhood, what entered his mind and heart from the world around him - this decisively determines what kind of person today’s child will become.”[2] Primary school students require special pedagogical attention and the teacher needs to find an approach to each child. In lessons and in extracurricular activities, I try to create an atmosphere of goodwill so that children feel comfortable and are not afraid to express their opinions. Last school year I graduated from 4th grade. My student, Kristina Komarova, took part in the school competition “Student of the Year” and took 1st place. When preparing her portfolio, she wrote this: “I am learning from the kindest, fairest, best teacher.” Throughout the school year, fifth-graders came running during breaks and shared their successes and failures, and held various events for first-graders. It's nice that my efforts were not in vain.
In all schools in Russia from September 1, 2011. The implementation of the federal state educational standard began. “New standards involve the formation and development of personality traits that meet the needs of the information society and innovative economy” [3]. It is impossible to work as before. Naturally, there is a need to change one’s professional teaching activities. Retraining helped me with this, in other words, advanced training courses: “Education and Society. Current problems of psychology and pedagogy”, “Federal state educational standard of the second generation - work experience and problems of introduction”, “Computer technologies in the activities of a subject teacher”. Extracurricular activities are being introduced as part of the Federal State Educational Standard. “ School after school is a world of creativity, manifestation and disclosure by each child of his interests, his hobbies, his “I.” It is important to interest the child in activities after school, so that the school becomes a second home for him, which will make it possible to turn extracurricular activities into a full-fledged space for upbringing and education” [4]. In the parallel 1st grade, I taught classes in “Decorative and Applied Arts”. The children enjoyed the themes and working with different materials. They were looking forward to new activities. With great excitement and pleasure, the children took part in competitions: “Autumn Carnival”, “Victory Technique”, “Era of Science Fiction”, “Tales of Grandfather Korney”. I will try to make every effort in the next academic year to further develop the creative abilities of my students.
“I give my heart to children” is the motto of my teaching activity. Despite certain difficulties and difficulties in my work, I like my profession. I am proud to be a teacher.

Essay “I give my heart to children”
04/01/2015 4812 719 Zalyaeva Ilmira Khusaenovna “If a teacher has only love for his work, he will be a good teacher. If a teacher has only love for the student, like a father or mother, he will be better than the teacher who has read all the books, but has no love for either the work or the students. If a teacher combines love for his work and for his students, he is a perfect teacher.” Tolstoy Lev Nikolaevich
I came to work at the school, first as a teacher organizer, because I always wanted to be closer to children, to share with them their joys and sorrows, experiences and dreams. At first I worked with the school activists, then I started working in the children's organization “Rosinka”. Together with the children, we prepared for holidays, competitions, and published wall newspapers for various events. After working as a teacher organizer for 2 years, she switched to her specialty as a primary school teacher.
Eastern wisdom says: “If you are thinking a year ahead, plant a seed. If you're thinking decades ahead, plant a tree. If you think a century ahead, educate a person.” Thinking “a century ahead” is the main professional mission of a teacher. It is in his hands that the future of a particular person and the state as a whole is in his hands. A lot depends on what a teacher will be like in the eyes of his students, on his image. In order to teach others, you need to know your subject, master the methods of teaching it, but also be a well-rounded person. An example was my first teacher Nadezhda Georgevna Vlasova. I cannot forget her kind eyes, demanding but gentle voice, and friendly attitude towards her students. And today I feel tremulous joy, remembering the minutes when we just started reading the first words. Walks together, excursions, holidays, lessons, trips to another planet - all this is preserved in my memory. The choice of profession was obvious. I decided that I would become a primary school teacher and be like my first teacher. The most important thing for me, as a teacher, is the ability to find mutual understanding with children, to be more tolerant, and to always carry goodness within oneself. A person who carries even the slightest evil within himself cannot be a teacher. Moral and spiritual values must be embedded in every teacher who connects his life with children.
Figure 1My students. I, as a class teacher, try to see myself in the children, live with the children, hear and understand them. I help them become adults. I accept them as a repetition of my childhood. And only then do the children open up, trust me, and call me “cool mom.” And I try to accept and love them for who they are. I try to justify their trust and not let them down. When working with children, you must have a cheerful and cheerful character, so that children do not get bored and monotonous, and constantly involve children in play. When I came to work at school, I realized how responsible the work of a teacher is. Every day you need to give a piece of your soul to the children who trust you and rejoice at your arrival, because you can give a lot for a child’s smile. Our profession requires constant dedication. In your profession you have to face certain difficulties, this is also due to a lack of experience and misunderstanding of colleagues. But how important it is not to give up and strive only forward, constantly working on yourself. It is important for me that the child can hear and listen to the teacher, but this requires the right approach. I believe that a teacher should read books and constantly engage in self-development, without stopping there. Unfortunately, there are few people left who pick up a book; the Internet has come to the fore. Don’t forget about the older generation, who can always give the necessary advice, support, and share their experience. After all, teachers need the support of mentors in order to feel more confident. I constantly consult and discuss my tasks and problems with experienced teachers and mentors. In my work, I try to create a comfortable atmosphere in the classroom so that children have an interesting and fun time coming to school. Even after the holidays, when the children come to school and enter the classroom, my students greet each other very joyfully, hug each other and do not want to go home after school. This indicates that there is a comfortable atmosphere in the class. Every day I come up with various surprises, update the toy library, and add teaching material. How important it is that every child can find something to do to their liking. I love children very much, so I can’t imagine my life without them. With what joy they look into my eyes when they come to class, and at that moment you understand that you are not living in vain.
Each of them has their own inner world, which I have to discover and understand. It is very important in our profession to find mutual understanding with parents who entrust their children to us, teachers, every day. They hope that everything will be fine with their child. And for this, it is necessary for each child to show care during the day, try not to offend, and support when circumstances require it. And I help cultivate positive moral qualities in every child through literature, training, extracurricular activities, collective creative activities, and my own example. I teach how to intelligently assess the various life situations that my children encounter. A writer lives in his works, an artist - in his paintings, a sculptor - in the creations he creates. And my work will live in the thoughts and actions of people. I really want there to be more kind, educated, cheerful teachers in schools. After all, children will be charged with energy and good mood from such people. A teacher through the eyes of children is an example to follow; one must always remember this. Despite all the difficulties that arise in my work, I always move forward. And I think that this path will be long and fruitful. You just need to try. Working with children, hearing their joyful laughter every day, seeing happy faces, I can say that I am happy and proud to be a teacher. My heart is full of love that I give to children.
