“Initiation into young musicians and artists”

Initiation into young artists

The school has good traditions, one of which is the initiation of first-graders of the Fine Arts department into young artists. The holiday takes place at the beginning of the second quarter, when the children have already met the teachers and made new friends. During this time, they have already become quite comfortable, the school has become a second home for them - welcoming and cozy. First-graders already realize that they have a special gift - to see the beauty of the world around them and the ability to convey what they saw, creating unique works.

In 2020, this magical holiday began with congratulations from the Deputy Director for Educational Work Anastasia Mikhailovna Abramova, and then an exciting gaming competition began, in which first-graders solved puzzles, riddles, and competed in various competitions.

Children from the music department came to congratulate the young artists. The connection between music and painting is inextricable; it is not without reason that they are said to be sisters. For first-grader artists, the song “Kalya-malya” was performed by the children of the early aesthetic development department (headed by Alevtina Mikhailovna Smirnova) and the song “About a Dream” performed by Zlata Golubina, a 2nd grade student of the “Musical Folklore” department (headed by Marina Nikolaevna Nuzhdina).

1st grade students of the art department Balandina Anastasia, Evstifeeva Victoria and Yakimycheva Polina prepared a fascinating sketch about studying at school, and future graduates, their senior comrades, dedicated a wonderful poem to the first graders. And, of course, this holiday could not do without fairy-tale characters; they were the Blob, the Brush and the Pencil. They asked questions and held competitions among the future Repins and Aivazovskys. Their instructions for successful studies and knowledge in the field of art inspired young artists to further study the secrets of the art of painting.

A film from the life of the school with the participation of first-graders was shown to all those present. It was interesting for parents to observe how lessons were held at the Children's Art School.

And finally, the most important moment came - the ceremony of Dedication to the young artist, which was conducted by the Goddess of the Arts. The first-graders took the oath. With a symbolic stroke of the “golden” brush, the Goddess of the Arts turned first-graders into young artists. Everyone received a certificate with the inscription “Young Artist” and a sketchbook as a gift.

At the end of the initiation ceremony - a photo as a souvenir, which in a few years will remind school graduates of the exciting day of their lives. The school’s teachers are confident that these will be pleasant and cherished memories!

Young artists, love life, people and everything beautiful around you! Good luck and success to you in the reserved, fantastic worlds of beauty and creation!

The warm autumn day of October 21 was pleasant not only because of the weather. The festive atmosphere, impressions from meetings and communication with creative people made this day special. For many years now, the end of October has been marked by a traditional event at the Lyceum-School. The children who entered our educational institution were initiated into lyceum students of the MAHL RAKH. Now, after renaming, the Moscow Central Art School at the Russian Academy of Arts, continuing a long tradition, initiates students into Young Artists.

What exactly is this rite of passage and why is it needed? Everything is very simple, for 80 years now, this unique educational institution has been bringing together gifted children in the fine arts within its walls. These talented guys study painting, graphics, and sculpture. They are united by common aspirations - to become artists! But most of all, whether it is a Lyceum or a School, young talents are united here by an atmosphere of creativity and inspiration. This is an initiation into the community of Friends! And the holiday itself was very poetic this year; many “new” students showed their abilities not only in drawing, but also in poetry. And at the holiday they read poems of their own composition. Poems by famous poets and classics of world literature were also sung. They were read by presenters Ekaterina Apatskaya and Ivan Mamonov, 11th grade students. The director of the ICHS under the Russian Academy of Arts, Dmitry Vyacheslavovich Gubanov, read the poems in his congratulatory speech. Teacher of Russian language and literature Zimina Olga Leonidovna read a poetic congratulation from the first graduates of the Moscow Art School. I would especially like to note the very relaxed communication between the children and their parents with Zurab Konstantinovich Tsereteli. The President of the Russian Academy of Arts, People's Artist of the Russian Federation, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, and professor honored the young artists with his attention. Zurab Konstantinovich gave farewell to the children; his congratulations and wishes were kind and wise, touching and sincere. Thank you, Zurab Konstantinovich, for this meeting, for the opportunity to organize a celebration in the Yabloko hall of the Art Gallery! Guests of honor were also: Chief Scientific Secretary of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts, Academician-Secretary of the Department of Architecture of the Russian Academy of Arts, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, Honored Architect of the Russian Federation - Oleg Aleksandrovich Koshkin. Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs of the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after. V.I. Surikov at the Russian Academy of Arts Gorbatyuk Igor Vladimirovich. A long-standing friendship connects our school with the Central Music School at the Moscow State Conservatory. P.I. Tchaikovsky. Performances by young musicians are a wonderful decoration and addition to many of our holidays, thanks to the students: Sofya Khuskivadze-Deeva (cello), Nikolai Biryukov (piano), Arina Turenko (flute). Thanks to Anna Valentinovna Zankova (deputy director for educational and methodological work of the Central Music School), Lyubov Eyrievna Makarova for their assistance and cooperation.
