After all, then the question of how to keep the children occupied at home is further aggravated by the fact that mom and dad have to work, and the children have to be kept locked up. But they don’t like it there, they need to run around, make noise, play around and scream.

Before you come up with entertainment for your child, think about your time. After all, you need to work a job, regardless of whether your child (or better yet 2 or 3) is at home or not. And in order for you not to have a stroke, and the children not to go crazy from boredom and idleness, you need to do some preliminary work.

  1. Make a daily schedule of tasks. It should not be very detailed and there should not be any clear time limits. IT IS IMPORTANT! Because if you try to stick to a specific time, at the very first puncture you will be overcome by a feeling of hopelessness and guilt for your worthless life. Just leave a list of what needs to be done: washing, cleaning, working, cooking, playing with children, going for a walk, etc.
  2. Involve children in creating the fun part of the schedule.
  3. Start getting up at least 30 minutes earlier. And ideally a couple of hours before the children wake up. You will immediately notice how your day has doubled, or even tripled.
  4. Don't try to embrace the immensity and do a thousand things at once. Slowly but surely follow the plan. Combine what can be combined. For example, first throw the laundry in the washing machine, and then start preparing dinner, while watching a cartoon with your child and commenting on what is happening
  5. In the evening, be sure to thank yourself for being such a smart person, even if the entire plan was not completed. We do not participate in the “Five-Year Plan in 3 Years” program; not only the result is important to us, but also our health. Especially mental.
