How to make a massage mat with your own hands

A block of active exercises in the cool season is performed indoors on massage mats. You can make these simulators yourself.

The daily routine directly affects the child’s life. Sleep as a routine element of the structure of the educational process in kindergarten is very important for the health of children. The set of exercises after a nap, which should be carried out to the accompaniment of soft, slow music and rhymes, includes:

  • stretching;
  • alternate swings of arms and legs;
  • warm-up elements for fingers;
