Children's drawings on the theme “My Motherland”

Before starting to draw, the child is recommended to think about the symbolism, the images that the mention of the word “Motherland” evokes. For some, this is the country as a whole (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and so on), its nature, attractions.

Others prefer the concept of a “small Motherland,” which includes a favorite city (Moscow, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg), a republic (Bashkortostan, Crimea), a locality (Kuban), a village, a native village, a town, and so on.

For preschoolers (mainly in the senior and preparatory groups), primary (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th grades) and secondary school (5th grade and older) students, competitions dedicated to patriotism are often held, where drawings on relevant topics are exhibited.

Children come up with names for their creations on their own, possible options:

  • Russia is my homeland!
  • Where does the Motherland begin (based on the famous song).
  • I'm a patriot!
  • There is nothing more beautiful than our Motherland!

Drawings dedicated to Russia often depict its symbols: flag, coat of arms, Kremlin, and so on.

You can make a collage consisting of several images; examples are presented in the photo.

Small Motherland - Saratov PPTM / 7.82 Mb

Introduction.

Song “Happiness of the Russian Land”.

Words and music: Elena Plotnikova

song MP3 / 6.55 MB minus MP3 / 6.56 MB

We live in a country called the Russian Federation. Russia is our Motherland. Huge, strong and multinational. And in this country there is the city in which you were born, the district in which you live, the microdistrict in which your school is located, the street on which your parents’ house is located, the yard in which your friends are waiting for you. This is a small homeland, which everyone has their own. Our small homeland is the city of Saratov, with everyone’s favorite places and secluded corners that only you know about.

Slide1.

For Russia, our city is a particle,

And for us it is our parental home.

And we are glad that we can be proud

Small Motherland, where we live.

Slide 2.

The fortress city of Saratov was founded in 1590 by Prince Zasekin and boyar Turov, a few kilometers from the modern city, where the Guselka River flows into the Volga. The name “Saratov” comes from two Tatar words: “sary” and “tau” - and is translated as “yellow mountain”. There is an assumption that the name of the city was given by Sokolovaya Mountain, towering above it, as it is clayey and yellow.

Slide 3.

In 1974 (almost 100 years later), by order of the Moscow Tsar, they began to build a city in a new location - in the south of Sokolovaya Mountain, near the Glebychev ravine. The city was surrounded by an earthen rampart and there were watchtowers. The center of the city became Cathedral Square (now Museum Square). The wooden Trinity Cathedral was built on it.

Slide 4.

Saratov is inextricably linked with the Volga, the most beautiful Russian river. On the opposite bank lies the city of Engels.

Slide 5.

Saratov is one of the centers of Volga trade. In documents of those years it was called a “fish town”.

Slide 6.

Saratov is rich in ancient monuments of Russian architecture. First of all, these are monasteries and temples. Before the 1917 revolution there were more than 60 of them.

Slide 7.

Coat of arms of Saratov: three sterlets arranged as a star on the shield. This meant that the fortress city, set up for protection, had great fish wealth and traded fish on the Volga.

And now I invite you to take a walk through modern Saratov.

Virtual tour.

We traveled to everyone's favorite song, “There are so many golden lights on the streets of Saratov.” This is undoubtedly a symbol of our city, just like the “Saratov accordion” and “Saratov kalach”.

There are still a lot of memorable places and attractions in Saratov that I would like to talk about. But while we were traveling, I got everything mixed up and I couldn’t do it without your help.

Dynamic pause. Game "Complete the word":

Teatralnaya (square) is the central square of the city of Saratov.

Moskovskaya (street) is the main street of Saratov, which stretches from the railway station to the river station.

The indoor (market) is the center of trade in the city.

Kumysnaya (glade) is a favorite vacation spot for city residents.

Sokolovaya (mountain) – Victory Park, open-air museum.

Embankment (Cosmonauts) – fascinating excursions along the Volga.

Radishchevsky (museum) – a rich collection of paintings.

Well done! We did it.

Name all the districts of the city (Kirovsky, Frunzensky, Oktyabrsky, Leninsky, Volzhsky and Zavodskoy). The uniqueness of the Zavodsky district, which is native to us, is that there you can walk along the Rainbow, run along Sharik and go out into Space. These are the names of his neighborhoods.

Slide 8. Every year, on City Day, the village of Uvek, Zavodsky District, hosts the festival of historical reconstruction “Ukek. One day in the life of a medieval city." Everyone can immerse themselves in the life of a medieval city, observing and taking part in historical scenes.

Slide 9 – 10. In a special tent, the Saratov Regional Museum of Local History presents an exhibition of unique finds from the territory of the Uvek settlement.

Slide 11 – 17. Craftsmen demonstrate their skills to festival guests on the historical site.

Slide 18. Anyone can visit the shopping arcade.

Slide 19. Meet traveling musicians and watch a performance of a medieval puppet theater.

Slide 20 – 24. Get acquainted with the life and way of life of a medieval city.

Slide 25 – 28. Take part in competitions, tournaments and warrior fights.

The festival of historical reconstructions gathers a huge number of people. Here you can not only have fun, but also learn the history of the city.

Our beloved city is praised and glorified in song. The anthem of Saratov is considered to be the song “Russian City on Mother Volga,” which was written and presented to the city by Oleg Gazmanov.

Performing the song “Russian City on Mother Volga”.

Small Motherland is your favorite place where you were born and live. And for many of us, this is the city of Saratov. Our great country Russia is made up of such corners, small villages and hamlets, large and small cities. This is our Motherland!

And I would like to end the class hour with the famous words: “You cannot recognize the world without knowing your end.”
