To give an idea of the subject “physical culture” and to arouse interest in it.
Lesson structure.
1. Conversation in class (introduction to the subject being studied; explanation of the concepts of “posture”, “daily routine”; reading instructions to young athletes; explanation of the need for morning exercises and physical education minutes).
2. Game “School for Young Cosmonauts”.
3. Go to the gym (familiarity with the contents of stands and sports corners at the school). 4. Game "Rocket launch site". 5. Summing up the lesson.
Class Conversation
Guys, today we have an unusual lesson. Physical education lesson. What do you think, in order to be strong, dexterous, courageous and resilient, what do you need to know and do? Study your body and train it. You've probably seen on TV how athletes train and perform in competitions and show their skills. But here you are, still small children, where can you learn various physical exercises, games, learn how to run, jump, throw, and compete correctly? Right! At a physical education lesson at school. Here you will begin your path to health, beauty, physical training, and sports. As the famous poem says, “Don’t be afraid of rain and cold, come to the stadium more often. Those who have been friends with sports since childhood are always healthy, handsome, dexterous, and strong.”
Let's start with the simplest thing - posture. Posture is the habitual posture of a calmly standing person. Poor, incorrect posture is harmful to health. And how ugly a person with bad posture looks! Correct posture not only makes the figure slim, but also gives a person self-confidence, vigor, and cheerfulness. Let's get up from our desks and try to take the correct posture. Lower your shoulders, bring your shoulder blades together, lift your chin, pull in your stomach. Well done! Sit down. But while sitting at your desks, don’t forget about your posture either.
What do you know about the daily routine? In order to have time to do homework, help around the house, read, take a walk, play, you need to strictly follow the daily routine: go to bed on time and get up in the morning, eat at a certain time, not be late for classes, rest properly after hard work, be neat, always ready for the most important and necessary matter. Maintaining a proper daily routine will require you, especially in the beginning, to show willpower. But whoever achieves this will become a strong-willed, organized and purposeful person. Therefore, take your daily routine very seriously and do not give in to laziness. If you use every minute wisely, alternating work and rest, you will have time to do everything you want.

However, the Russian people have always believed that strength is not only powerful fists and steel muscles. “The strong man is not the one who is strong, but the one who is smart,” says the proverb. A strongman, says popular wisdom, must not only be physically strong, but also brave, courageous, dexterous, hardy, quick-witted, and must have a wide variety of skills.
The strongest Russian athletes left you, young athletes, a kind of instruction. I'll read it now.

Always listen carefully to the teacher, every word he says, he knows and can do a lot, he strives to teach you all this. 11. Follow safety regulations. Here are some of them: be disciplined, do not leave the place of study without the permission of the teacher; keep the gym or playground clean and tidy; treat inventory and equipment with care; After classes, put your equipment in a specially designated place; exercise in a tracksuit and sports shoes; be sure to do a warm-up; If you are not feeling well, tell your teacher; After class, change clothes.
