At the end of the warm-up, the students line up in one column, walk in a circle and put the gymnastic jump ropes in place.) (The teacher checks the homework.) - What exercises for developing arm strength did you get acquainted with (student V.)? Show me these exercises.

II. Main part - Tell us about the technique of jumping legs apart (teacher M.). (The teacher divides the class into 2 groups. The first group performs climbing a gymnastic wall, the second group does a vault with legs apart and lead-up exercises, then the groups change tasks.)

1. Gymnastic wall

2. Vault with legs apart

Execution technique Run up from 4-6 m, push off in front of the bridge with your push leg, jump onto the bridge with both feet, preparing your hands in advance for pushing off from the goat. Push forward and upward from the bridge, place your hands on the gymnastics goat, and at this time spread your legs. After pushing with your hands, you need to vigorously straighten up, raising your shoulders and arms. Having fixed the position of the legs apart, bending over, connect the legs and prepare for landing. Before landing, bend your legs slightly, absorbing the impact, raise your arms to the sides and up.

Record the landing. (Students perform lead-up exercises.)

1. Stand on a gymnastic bridge, leaning on a goat. Do 10 jumps up, spreading your legs out to the sides as much as possible.

2. From a short run, jump onto the gymnastic goat and sit on it with your legs apart as close to the far edge as possible. Complete two laps with one jump each. (The teacher sorts out mistakes. Students perform a vault with legs apart.)

3. Complicated variants of vaults 1. Task: jump over the gymnastic goat and fly further by 90, 120 cm, etc. 2. Task: jump over the gymnastic goat and land on the bridge, the distance to which (after each step) torture) is gradually increasing. 3. Task: jump over the gymnastic goat and land in a square measuring 40 x 40 cm (do not move from the spot immediately). (The teacher marks the distance with chalk.)

III. Final part (They finish jumping 4-5 minutes before the end of the lesson. The teacher conducts a formation, sums up the lesson (analyzes the main mistakes), praises the students for their success.) Homework Read the text “Climbing the gymnastic wall” us. 127, 128 of A.P.
