Collage in work with children of senior preschool age

Making a collage in the correctional work of a speech therapist teacher

The independent activity of a preschooler is a consequence of his correctly organized educational activity in the process of education, which motivates its independent expansion, deepening and continuation in his free time. For a teacher, this means a clear awareness of not only his plan of action, but also its conscious formation in preschoolers as a certain scheme for mastering a subject or action in the course of solving new problems. The organization of collective independent cognitive activity of children is carried out during classes, in unregulated types of children's activities and in free time provided in kindergarten during the day. In general, this is the parallel existing employment of a preschooler according to a chosen program for mastering any material during the learning process. The function of the teacher is to create a varied play environment that provides the child with cognitive activity that corresponds to his interests and is developmental in nature. The problem of organizing a subject-development environment acquires particular significance when working in speech therapy groups. Children’s activities that are not regulated by the scope of their classes (under the guidance of a teacher or independently) last the longest. In our kindergarten, it is built by teachers in accordance with the sections of the program, FGT and corrective tasks to be solved. The development of speech of a preschool child normally proceeds in several directions: the development of the phonetic-phonemic system of the language, enrichment of the vocabulary, mastery of the grammatical structure of speech, and the development of coherent speech. There are two forms of coherent speech: dialogic speech and monologue speech. For older preschoolers (5-7 years old), a pressing issue is the development of monologue speech. Researchers note that in the process of “live communication”, coherent speech is not formed. Special training in the basic types of coherent contextual speech is required. It should be noted that in special pedagogy, methods for developing monologue speech in children with severe speech disorders (SSD) have not been sufficiently developed. Speech therapists in their work on the development of coherent speech often rely on methods and techniques designed for normally developing children. These techniques are not very effective in teaching children with speech pathology. It is no coincidence that V.K. Vorobyova* emphasizes the need to develop special methods and techniques that provide an approach to the independent creation of coherent stories in children with general speech underdevelopment (GSD). In my work on the development of monologue speech in children with ODD, I use modeling techniques and mnemonics (collages, mnemonic tables). But today I would like to talk about the use and making of collage. The collage represents a certain visual plan of what or who the story will be about. At the same time, when telling a story, the child does not simply rely on a visual image, but establishes associative connections between objects or pictures. This technique has proven to be effective in developing monologue speech in children with speech pathology. The use of collage in the process of developing coherent speech allows you to develop the skill of composing a descriptive story, develop the skill of establishing associative connections, develop memory, enrich children's vocabulary, and develop ideas about the surrounding reality. When working on making a collage, conditions are created to prepare children for school: vocabulary is enriched, word formation skills are improved, sound pronunciation is formed, phonemic processes and coherent speech are developed. Collage serves as entertainment and helps to show your imagination. Tasks

: 1. To create in children an interest in “collaging” as a motive for preparing for composing fairy tales, stories, stories.
2. Develop cognitive abilities, creative imagination, thinking. 3. Develop children’s ability to plan the process of making a collage 4. Train children in the ability to select pictures for stories and arrange them correctly 5. Develop fine motor skills when working with paper and scissors 6. Develop skills: • Independently and consistently compose stories of different content • Select pictures on a specific topic • Use scissors, glue, make markings, carefully cut out pictures from magazines Distribution of activities when creating a collage using the example of the collage “I was in the theater” STEPS OF WORK
: 1. Awareness and perception of the problem 2. Practical activity to solve the problem 3. Productive activity
FORMS OF WORK
: Stage 1 Systematization of information Planning activities Observation of the work of an adult Conversations with children Stage 2 Dramatization of a fairy tale for children of another group Search and collection of materials on the topic Classification by subtopics Stage 3 Creation of a collage Marking Presentation of your material
NECESSARY CONDITIONS
for making a collage: 1 Family atmosphere of interaction, co-creation in the union “parents - child - speech therapist” 2. Materials for making a collage: whatman paper, glue, magazine clippings, markers 3. Metrical developments Thus, by mastering the techniques of “collaging”, children receive positive emotions and motivation for independent activity (they have a desire to make collages themselves, composing various stories) A homemade collage is a product of the child’s imagination, his imagination. While making a collage, he becomes motivated to create an independent work. Teachers and parents are the first assistants in such work as coming up with all sorts of story plots together.

Decorative style. The subjects of collages of this style are fantasy. The main thing is an original idea. And they embody it with the help of bright, expressive elements and a colorful background. The viewer, looking at such a collage, tries to guess the mood of the author, his intention. Work in a decorative style should awaken feelings, memories, and associations.

Goal: to introduce and create a composition using the collage technique using a decorative style.

Tasks:

  1. Study specialized literature and other sources of information on the topic;
  2. Consider the “collage” technique as a direction of fine art and decorative creativity;
  3. Describe the technological process of creating compositions using the collage technique: decorative style;
  4. Assess the quality of the finished composition;

annotation

This topic has been used in classes for three years. The novelty of the topic is expressed by the fact that various new techniques and technologies for performing work are provided. Effectiveness is expressed in children’s development of the ability to manage creative processes: fantasizing, understanding patterns. The methodological development is intended for studying the decorative style of collage.

Content

The methodological development is intended for studying the themes of the decorative style of collage in the classroom and in the individual activities of children. A distinctive feature is that it promotes the introduction of new forms, methods and means of teaching, techniques for performing educational and creative tasks.

Collage (French collage - gluing, sticker), a technique for creating a picture or graphic work by using various stickers from flat (photos, tickets, fabrics, newspaper clippings and colored paper, etc.) or volumetric (wire, wood, ropes) , metal, beads, etc.) materials.

Pedagogical development “Collage. Decorative style"

General rules for making a collage

Materials and tools

PVA glue,

Cardboard, colored self-adhesive paper

Materials: sequins, beads, braid, feathers, gouache.

Tools: tweezers, scissors, brush, press, stationery knife, roller, stencil

The procedure for making the work

1. Choose a collage style, think over the composition, and, if necessary, make a sketch of the future work.

2. Prepare the background in one of the following ways.

3. Glue the large elements first, then the small ones.

4. Make a passe-partout.

5. Insert the work into the frame.

Color combinations

Color circle. It distributes colors into harmonious groups. Such concepts are important when working with children. As complementary colors - colors that lie opposite each other on the color wheel; harmonious colors - located nearby in the color wheel; cold and warm colors; achromatic colors - black, white and all shades of gray.

Collage composition

A correctly constructed composition ensures the unity of form and content. In my opinion, when working with children it is important to consider the elements of composition:

  • location of the compositional center
  • placement of parts
  • creating perspective, defining the horizon line
  • finding proportions between objects and the space between them
  • arrangement of elements of various shapes
  • finding balance
  • creating the illusion of movement, dynamism
  • color selection
  • keeping the rhythm.

Perspective

You can get the effects using a number of techniques:

  • Parallel lines in a collage, going into the distance, should gradually come closer together in order to ultimately converge at one point. This refers to both real lines and those drawn mentally.
  • Elements of the foreground can be shown against the background of details.
  • The sizes of elements remote from the viewer should gradually decrease. In practice, a collagist, in order to achieve such an effect, acts in the “reverse” order: first he pastes small elements onto the background, then larger and larger ones. And the largest elements appear in the foreground.
  • If you want to visually bring objects closer, make them brighter.
  • As the subject moves away, gradually soften the contrast between dark and light tones.
  • Lighten or make dark objects in the background blue (only blue, violet and magenta should become darker), and make light objects darker. Also, keep in mind: light colors appear warmer at a greater distance.
  • Blue and green get closer in the distance, yellow and orange turn red, etc.

Volume

This concept is related to the concept of perspective. We perceive the world around us in three dimensions. Therefore, in order for the work to turn out not flat, two-dimensional, but three-dimensional, collage artists show the play of light and shadow, using, for example, lighter colors to depict the more convex parts of objects. Figures located far away lose their volume. Therefore, when creating perspective, you need to make the figures flatter

Proportions

Compliance with the proportions of the collage elements, as well as the distances between them, is a prerequisite for obtaining a balanced, balanced, harmonious composition. The “weight” of an element depends not only on its size, but also on color and texture. Let us remind you that texture – from the Latin “factura” – is the features of the appearance of any material or the structure of the surface of any material.

Texture should not be confused with structure!

Structure – from the Latin “structura” - the relative position and connection of the components of something, a device.

The collagist has to take into account not only the relationship between the textures of various materials, but also their relationship with the texture of the background. The texture, like the background, can be glossy, rough, porous, and in some cases one texture can emphasize the beauty and sophistication of another. A successfully found relationship of textures is almost of paramount importance in a collage.

COLLAGE AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPING CREATIVE ABILITIES OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

See eternity in one moment

A huge world - in a grain of sand, In a single handful - infinity

And the sky is in the cup of a flower.

By imagining, children from the real world find themselves in an imaginary one. Only they can see him. Only in childhood do the clouds floating across the sky turn into snow-white horses, and the sky is placed in a flower bud. I was prompted to deal with the problem of children's creativity by observing children's work with visual materials. For example, having drawn a blue spot and lines going from it in different directions, the child spends most of the time telling a story: it turns out that this is the evil Barmaley, who came from Africa in search of an escaped monkey, and he is dressed in a long raincoat, a hat on his head, and legs in big boots, and a pipe in his mouth. Great, isn't it? What do we actually see? A dark spot and lines... And the meaning of the image is clear only to a little artist.

Remember the importance a child attaches to his jewelry (pebbles, nails, pieces of lace, beads, buttons, etc.). In the eyes of an adult, these are unnecessary things and objects, but for a child they are more valuable and meaningful than real expensive toys. So why not include these unusual materials in children's creativity? It is precisely what is closer and more understandable to the child that should help him in visual activity. After all, everything that falls into the hands of a child makes him want to look, feel, and study. Every new thing is a discovery, every new skill is an achievement and a source of pride.

Teachers are not always able to provide children with a variety of visual materials for work (drawing - only with colored pencils, modeling - only plasticine, applique - only colored paper).

Each of us

Talent lies within

And very important in childhood

Let him open up.

One of the techniques aimed at creating conditions for a child’s creative self-expression is organizing work with children using an unconventional technique - collage. For a teacher, collage is creativity, novelty, and a departure from everyday life. For children, this is an activity as a result of which they create something new, original, show independence, and learn to cooperate. Joint creative experience protects against disappointment in one’s own abilities and helps to increase authority among peers.

What is collage? Collage is a combination of completely dissimilar materials that harmoniously complement each other, located not only in the plane, but also in volume, and form a compositional unity that expresses the emotional idea of a work of art. Despite the fact that collage became especially popular in the 20th century, it is not a recent invention.

An unconventional approach to creating images gives impetus to the development of children's intellect, encourages the child's creative activity, and teaches him to think outside the box. An important condition for a child’s development is not only an original task, the very formulation of which becomes an incentive for creativity, but also the use of non-traditional material and non-standard technologies in the classroom. The more diverse the art materials, the more interesting it is to work with them. Children have the opportunity to use additional means artistically. New ideas arise related to combinations of different materials, the child begins to experiment and create.

The practical significance of this work is:

- in the development of preschool children’s ability to understand the properties of the material and the desire to experiment with them;

— in developing children’s ability to create artistic images;

- in the development of the eye, dexterity of hand and finger movements, the ability to use tools and materials;

- working with various materials, in various artistic techniques expands the child’s capabilities, develops a sense of color, harmony, imaginative space, imaginative thinking, and creative abilities.

— creating beautiful collages with their own hands, seeing the result of their work, children experience positive emotions. Working with paper, fabric and other materials gives children the opportunity to show patience, perseverance, imagination and taste. Children enjoy decorating the group room with their works and giving them to their parents and friends.

The novelty of the experience consists of:

- in using, along with traditional methods of developing the creative abilities of preschoolers, a non-traditional method of artistic and productive activity - collage;

— in interaction with parents as direct participants in the educational process;

— in organizing group activities with preschool children.

The main forms of organizing the educational process are:

— direct educational activities;

— educational activities carried out during regime moments;

- circle activities.

Unlike main classes, limited by content and time, in which it is sometimes difficult to provide an individual approach and to celebrate the creative manifestations of preschoolers, circle classes can be structured in such a way that it is interesting for both the children and the teacher.

The development of creative abilities of preschoolers requires the implementation of certain principles:

— From simple to complex. Children's skills in artistic and productive activities develop as a result of systematic training, taking into account age characteristics, from simple ones and gradually moving to more complex ones. Work on the collage is carried out in stages, with a constant change of visual material and techniques, so that the child is interested in continuing his studies. All topics change according to the principle of increasing complexity. This happens gradually, which allows the child to distribute his forces evenly and get the desired result.

— The principle of visibility. Visibility ensures understanding, strength, and memorization. Visibility of learning is the creation of visual images in the child, ensuring the perception of the environment, inclusion directly in practical activities, establishing a connection between learning and life. Visibility in the pedagogical process is based on the laws of cognition of the surrounding reality and the development of thinking, which develops from the concrete to the abstract. Closely related to the principle of visibility is the principle of aestheticization of the entire child’s life, especially education and upbringing. Forming an aesthetic attitude towards reality in students allows them to develop a high artistic and aesthetic taste, giving them the opportunity to experience the true beauty of social aesthetic ideals.

— The principle of individualization ensures the development of the child in accordance with his inclinations, interests and capabilities. This principle is implemented through the creation of conditions for the upbringing and education of each child, taking into account the individual characteristics of his development.

— The connection between learning and life. The image should be based on the impression the child receives from reality. Children depict what is familiar to them, what they have encountered in everyday life, what attracts their attention. The more interesting, richer, and richer in content the life of children is, the greater the response it brings to their creativity.

city of Tyumen

Preschool age is an important period in the development of a child’s personality. Without the formation of pure and correct speech, it is impossible to acquire communication skills and learn to build relationships with the outside world. The formation of grammatically correct, lexically rich and phonetically clear speech in children is one of the significant tasks in the general system of teaching a child their native language in preschool educational institutions and in the family. This manual will help in solving this problem; it is addressed to parents, educators, and speech therapists.

What is collage?

A collage is a sheet of cardboard that depicts letters, numbers, geometric shapes, various pictures, but they are connected to each other by one purpose. The purpose of the collage is to expand vocabulary, figurative perception, the ability to speak coherently and tell stories.

An adult and a child can create a collage, both in kindergarten and at home. You can make several collages, then collect them in one folder and periodically remember them and come up with new games, make up fairy tales, stories. This will bring great pleasure to both the child and the adult. While playing, the child learns to connect all the pictures of the collage, compose sentences, plots, stories, fairy tales.

Collage is used in various directions for the development of coherent speech in children: automating sounds, developing the grammatical structure of speech, improving sound and syllabic analysis and synthesis, developing memory and thinking, voice and intonation, composing sentences, stories, fairy tales.

There are various options for using collage.

Games with sounds

  • Ø name words that begin with the given sound
  • Ø find the given sound in the middle, at the end
  • Ø find the shortest word
  • Ø find the longest word
  • Ø name the word and clap its sound “pattern”, assemble a word from scattered sounds

Tasks for the development of grammatical structure of speech:

  • Ø name only living (non-living) objects
  • Ø find words that match the word HE (SHE, IT)
  • Ø name words - objects about which you can say MY, MY.
  • Ø game “One - many”. Change the word so that instead of one object there are many (swallow-swallows, bee-bees)
  • Ø Complete the sentence “Pleased to whom?” what? (squirrel, wolf), “I’m going to whom? What for? (Christmas tree, clown). Consolidating the form of the dative case.
  • Ø Complete the sentence “I see who? What?" (squirrel, wolf). Consolidating the accusative case form.

Tasks for the development of memory and thinking

  • Ø name animals, plants, etc.
  • Ø name the objects that can be in the forest, in the city, at home, etc.
  • Ø name all the words except animals, etc.
  • Ø name new (familiar) words for you

Tasks for developing voice and intonation

  • Ø say the words quietly
  • Ø say the words loudly
  • Ø imagine that you are a bear (mouse, other animals) and say the words in his voice.

Tasks for the development of coherent speech

  • Ø make sentences based on the pictures
  • Ø make up a story based on the pictures
  • Ø make up a fairy tale using pictures

Finally, I would like to say that it is possible and necessary to develop children’s speech in any game. When playing with children, it is necessary to support the child’s desire to communicate, encourage even minor successes, and enjoy these successes yourself.

I am sure that you will appreciate my methodological guide. It will be very useful for you in joint activities with children.

Dear Colleagues!
We are convinced that teachers of modern preschool educational institutions use a variety of forms and appropriate techniques in their work with children. It is highly desirable to disseminate the accumulated experience of effective and original work in various areas among your colleagues and parents of students. How to make this process compact, visual, accessible and informative?

A pedagogical collage will help you with this, which, without further ado, can demonstrate possible forms of working with children and organizing individual moments in the life of preschoolers in kindergarten.

Consultation for educators on the topic Collage: the first steps to creativity.

Consultation for educators

Collage: the first steps to creativity.

Prepared and conducted by: Nadezhda Vladimirovna Kapluk

It's no secret that children of all ages have the best developed visual perception. This is why every child reaches out to pencils and paints very early on. In creativity, the child expresses himself, his perception of the world and his idea of it.

That’s why we use various techniques and techniques in our work to develop children’s creative abilities. One such technique is collage. I pay special attention to this technique in my work.

What is collage?

Translated literally from French, this is gluing. Collage is a combination of completely dissimilar materials that harmoniously complement each other, are located in plane and volume, and form a compositional unity that expresses the emotional idea of a work of art.

Collages can be visual: appliqué, drawing, plasticine. Photo collage is a panel of photographs that are related in meaning. The collage can also be made from cut-out illustrations from magazines, silhouettes of fairy-tale characters, and more.

Collage technique

today it is becoming very popular, because it allows you to include the child in an independent creative process. Collage is a kind of simulator necessary for developing a sense of freedom in the process of searching for options for created images. This is a school of developing thinking, searching for non-standard solutions, unexpected semantic and visual associations. This is a school for the development of design organizational skills, fine motor skills, imagination, and fantasy.

The main characteristic of collage work is the ability to combine different colors, different textures and materials, elements with different semantic colors.

Children have great fun working with this technique. You can start working with the smallest children - the first junior group.

Curiosity and creative activity are necessary conditions for the development of creativity. If a child is inquisitive, he gets a lot of impressions. At this stage, the adult’s task is to make these impressions varied and complete. For example, when introducing children to various textured materials, you can make associations and analogies (cotton wool - bunny fur, fluffy snow, clouds; oilcloth - water, the wall of a house, ice on a river; threads - wires, rays of the sun, thick grass. What is the meaning collage

in the psychophysiological development of children. In the process of working on a collage, the child’s diversified development occurs: a) physical development - the development of motor skills, physical performance, muscle and tactile sensations. b) also intellectual development - improvement of sensorimotor perception and reproduction, development of thinking. c) and of course personal development - the development of communication skills, the ability to express one’s feelings, impressions, mood through productive activities.

What you need to prepare a working surface for a collage.

We choose the basis of the collage: tablet, magnetic board or flannelgraph, textured material. A variety of techniques for making collage on a magnetic board or a piece of old wallpaper, a piece of fabric, etc. will help support and develop children’s interest in collage. For individual collages, you can use a tablet with a sticky surface. To do this, you need to purchase double-sided tape or fleecy material (carpet) with which to cover the surface of the tablet. The main principle of such a tablet is its sticky surface. Commercially available magnets of various shapes, colors, themes (fruits, cars, animals) will allow you to create a real picture, and you can fill in the missing details or background with a marker. Unfortunately, collages made with magnets are short-lived - children almost immediately begin to disassemble the work piece by piece. Therefore, it is impossible to organize a vernissage from such collages. The undoubted advantages of magnetic collages include accessibility, ease of use and the ability to provide magnets for free activity. Don't expect your child to create a picture by manipulating magnets. Help us see it in chaotically scattered objects; you can also create a collage with your children on a tablet and using foam rubber or cotton balls. Another option for the collage base is flannelgraph. In the past, flannelographs were made from fuzzy flannel stretched over a sheet of plywood. You can also use plain woolen scarves or terry napkins as flannelgraphs. Don’t forget to attach Velcro to all three-dimensional parts of the future collage, which will allow the parts to stick firmly to the surface of the flannelgraph. By offering your child different bases for creating a collage (tablet, magnetic board, flannelograph), a variety of visual media (foam rubber, cotton wool, chestnuts, magnets, fabric, etc.), you enrich his sensory experience, give him the opportunity to experiment with various materials, themes thereby creating the preconditions for the development of creative imagination.

How to prepare a workplace? The base prepared for work can be positioned in different ways: attached to an easel, board. It is important that its center is at the level of the child’s face: this makes it easier to reach any part of the working surface. You can place the base on the table, and put the material for work next to it. So, the workplace is ready. Now the main thing is to interest the child in the upcoming work, charge him emotionally, and share the idea. To do this, songs, poems, games, and surprise moments will help us. The main requirement when working with a collage is: the child should be comfortable, for example, (as finger dexterity develops, offer children cotton pads, paper cookie sockets (start collecting them in advance), large beans, thick cocktail tubes as visual means, pasta of various shapes and colors. The choice of visual means depends on the plot of the picture. To give the collage artistic completeness, you can “sprinkle” the free space on the base with any cereal, scraps of colored foam rubber, paper or dried flowers. It is important to remember: the material used must be convenient and safe for child, and the small details of the painting are firmly fixed on the working surface so that they do not fall into his hands. At an older age, offer a wider range of materials to choose from. Perhaps the young artist will give preference to one color scheme, or he will be attracted only to solid decorations: figured pasta, acorns.By expanding the range of artistic materials, offering to choose decorations on their own, the adult creates the conditions for initial experimentation.

When coming up with a theme for your future collage, involve children in observations. Defining the idea, choosing a vivid image of the future painting, understandable and close to the child, is not an easy task. Here it is necessary to take into account the life experience of children, mood, interests, passions, and time of year. The most accessible collage themes for children are: a clearing or a flower bed with flowers, pebbles scattered on the river bank, falling leaves, a carpet of colorful leaves, flying snowflakes falling from an apple tree and rolling apples, raindrops falling on the palm, forest, etc. An adult will discover all this for the child during joint observations on a walk: he will pay attention, show, explain.

Thus, children gradually accumulate life experience, and with it various emotional experiences. This will be reflected in the subjects of his future paintings. Children working in the collage technique will have to master the space of the base, therefore the main compositional principle of the first collages is chaos, scattering of artistic objects: leaves, snowflakes, flowers, etc. By placing them on the surface of the entire sheet, the child masters the extent of space, its volume, and it gradually “opens up” before him.

As soon as the child learns to glue the parts on his own, placing them over the entire surface of the tablet, feel free to move on to the next stage. The next stage in mastering the space of a sheet is the creation of plots with a more complex organization of space. The preschooler grows and every day learns how objects are connected to each other, what connects them, where they can be. Now, in middle and older age, when choosing subjects for a collage, draw children’s attention to the relationship of objects or parts of the image. Such observational experience will allow us to move from plots with a chaotic arrangement of objects to plots with the localization of objects in a specific place: “Birds on a tree”, “Fish in an aquarium”, “Apples near a basket”, “Berry on a branch”, etc. It is in such in the plots you can see the real composition. So, from the first plots, in which objects are located randomly throughout the entire space of the base, slowly move on to the next type of plots: depending on the design, objects are located next to something, then above or below. Gradually mastering the space, proceed to more complex subjects, to work in an even more limited space (within the contour of the object). My children and I have been doing visual arts using the collage technique for a long time. In our work we use collective collage. This is when all the children of the group work to create a single collective composition, connected by a single theme on the same plane. My children and I completed the following works: a collage using plasticineography technique “Trees in Autumn”, decorative drawing “Dymkovo Young Ladies” (in watercolor), “Bullfinches on a Branch”, and an applique “Ships in the Roadstead”.

From all of the above, we can conclude that

that the activity of making collage is interesting, exciting, exciting for children. Children learn to plan their work, think about the plot plan, choose visual and expressive means, learn to negotiate among themselves about planned joint work and economically approach the material used. They can also give basic assessments not only of their own work, but also of the work of other children. As a result, a respectful attitude towards the results of children's creativity is formed not only among children, but also among parents. And children's works can be used in the design of a group, institution and children's creativity corner at home in everyday life, on holidays and leisure.

Making collages with children

Collages are a great creative activity to do with kids! Solid advantages:

  • looking for suitable parts for the plan
  • cut and glue (fine motor skills)
  • learning to combine different textures in one composition
  • we recycle old magazines and workbooks (resource conservation and recycling)

This is a completely independent work by Lena (5.5 years old). At first, the girl urgently demanded her mother’s participation, then she became interested in the collage process (I’m also interested in seeing what the child can create on his own, without me + the secondary benefit is my free time). "Lena goes to the ball" :

making a collage with children -1

I especially liked the dress in Lena’s collage - a combination of a picture, colored paper, glitter... (at the same time, we found a creative use for a box from under our favorite doll...)

Ira (3.7), looking at her older sister, also sat down and made her own collage - “Ira is going to the ball”

making a collage with children -2

In this work, I liked that the girl went through many options, glued, peeled, invented and changed her mind... At the end, interest died down a little, so I had to sit next to her and encourage her to finish the collage.
