Consultation for young teachers "Teacher documentation" consultation on the topic

CONSULTATION

Topic: “Teacher documentation in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard”

Hello, dear colleagues, I am glad to see you at our first meeting, held as part of the “School of Young Teachers”. Today we will talk about teacher documentation.

Before we begin our work, let's get to know you:

Game: “My name is...” (5 min.)

Goal: prepare the group for the upcoming joint work and create the appropriate environment and mood.

Materials: Whatman paper and multi-colored markers.

The group sits in a circle. The first participant writes his name and something else related to the name on whatman paper. For example: “My name is Tatyana Viktorovna, but my friends usually call me Tanya.”

Each subsequent participant does the same. After the last participant writes his name, the Whatman paper is hung on the wall and remains there throughout the lesson.

The kindergarten teacher is a key figure. The entire microclimate of the group and the condition of each child individually depend on his literacy, competence, and most importantly, love and faith in children. But the work of a teacher does not consist only of communicating and raising children. Like any other position, it requires certain documents, plans, notes. Due to the fact that state standards are now being introduced into educational institutions, the documentation of a preschool teacher in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard is a necessary part of the work. Without properly executed plans, diagrams, and filled-in information, it is impossible to carry out educational and health-improving work in kindergarten correctly, competently, and most importantly, not to the detriment of children. Let's consider the basic documents that the preschool teacher adheres to and maintains.

Plan for the academic year Before each academic year, the teacher, together with the elder, draw up a plan for training and activities carried out in the group. It is based on the goals and objectives set for this age group. To implement the set plan, effective and efficient methods for teaching children are selected. Individual lessons with each child must be taken into account, depending on his specific characteristics. Working with parents of children is also a must. Before drawing up a plan for the next year, the teacher analyzes the past year. Identifies all successes and shortcomings, and, taking this into account, plans work for the next year.

Plan for the current month The plan drawn up for the year is long-term. Depending on the specific situation, it may be slightly modified. And it’s difficult to take everything into account a whole year in advance. For more specific tasks, a monthly plan is drawn up. As a rule, he schedules it literally by day, and the day is divided into two parts. When working with children, physical exercises, group and, if necessary, individual lessons are planned in the first half of the day. Be sure to spend this time doing didactic games, reading books and observing nature. During breakfast and lunch they plan to reinforce cultural skills. Be sure to plan walks and activities during them. The second half of the day includes consolidation of skills, role-playing games, and individual conversations with children. In the evening, if necessary, work is carried out with the parents of the students.

Children's attendance sheet Every day it is necessary to record which of the children came to the group. For this purpose, the children's attendance sheet is used. Firstly, this is necessary for providing children with meals and, accordingly, for calculating parental fees. Secondly, it is easier for the teacher to focus on conducting classes and distributing material. In addition, the nurse monitors the children’s morbidity level (by period) using a report card, and also outlines her work aimed at improving health.

Health sheet Inextricably taking into account attendance, the health sheet in kindergarten is also maintained. After all, as a rule, children do not attend preschool educational institutions due to illness. The nurse and teacher must work closely with each other. Without this relationship, competent health work is impossible. All children are different, so an individual approach is needed. For example, depending on the height of the children, a table and chair are selected so that their posture does not deteriorate. For this purpose, children are measured and weighed twice a year. Accordingly, children can change their furniture set twice a year. In addition, there are so-called health groups. Preventive examinations are carried out: in groups - 2 times a year. Identified diseases are necessarily recorded in the child’s cards and recommendations are written for working with each of them. At the same time, the disease itself can be hidden by parents from the teacher, since this is a medical secret. But the teacher only needs recommendations, and it is based on them that the work is based.

Individual information about parents and pupils Documentation of a preschool teacher in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard necessarily involves identifying information not only about children, but also about parents. The teacher should, in a tactful conversation, find out information from the parents and reflect it in the journal. Moreover, the obtained data cannot be widely disclosed, because this can harm the child. The information received helps the teacher neutralize the child’s poor living conditions, if any. And you can understand the child better if you know more about his living conditions and the status of his parents. The Federal State Educational Standard of Preschool Education provides for the identification of the following data: Last name, first name and patronymic of the child. Year and birthday. Actual place of residence. Cell phones (home, work). Last names, first names and patronymics of parents or legal representatives, as well as grandparents. Mom and Dad's places of work. Family status. The concept of “family status” includes identifying the living conditions in which the child lives, the number of children in the family, whether the family is complete or the child is being raised by a mother or guardian, etc.

Grid of educational work Documentation of a preschool teacher in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard presupposes the mandatory maintenance of a plan of educational work. In his work, the teacher uses the SanPiN indications, which regulate not to exceed the time of all classes. In junior groups, classes should last no more than 30 minutes, in middle groups - 40 minutes, in senior groups - 45 minutes, in preparatory groups - 1.5 hours. Mandatory breaks between classes, the duration of which is at least 10 minutes. During the lesson, breaks are also taken to conduct physical education.

Diagnostic work Each teacher constantly studies his students while working. Such work must be carried out on an ongoing basis and systematically. For this purpose, the documentation of the kindergarten teacher includes cards for recording the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities of each child. At the end of each year, a table is compiled, according to which the child’s assimilation of the program, his shortcomings and successes can be seen. The teacher needs the final tables to draw up plans for the next year, and preliminary data to draw up plans for the month. Diagnostic work is carried out twice a year. At the beginning of the school year and at the end. This technique helps the teacher schedule the necessary work in a timely manner and adjust plans for the new school year.

Interaction with families Documentation of a preschool teacher in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard assumes the availability of all data about the children’s parents. The teacher must constantly communicate with the adults who come for the child. Parents are introduced to the tasks and goals of the program conducted in the kindergarten, told about the lives of their children, and asked about the behavior of their children at home. In addition to conversations, the Federal State Educational Standards of preschool educational institutions require mandatory meetings, involving parents in the life of the group, advising mothers and fathers on issues of upbringing and education, as well as holding leisure evenings and meetings.

Self-education Any profession requires self-improvement, and even more so work related to children. Therefore, the teacher must constantly improve his skills. It is advisable to keep a notebook where you write down the books you read and the thoughts you liked or caused confusion. They are then brought up for discussion with other educators. Controversial issues or difficulties in work are brought up for general discussion and a plan is drawn up to overcome the difficulties. –
