Technology project: “Sweet Table” Completed by: Maria Shelopugina, 7th grade “B” student. Checked by: Volkova G.Yu.
1. Problem situation: There is a holiday coming up in my family. It's grandma's birthday. For your birthday you need to prepare and decorate a sweet table.
Goal and objectives of the project: Goal: Prepare and decorate a sweet table for grandma’s birthday. Tasks: 1.Properly arrange the sweet table. 2. Prepare sweets. 3.Select menu.
Research: I asked my grandmother what sweet foods she liked. And I concluded that I would cook for the sweet table.
Question 1 Who and how many people will participate in the festive event? Answer: 5 people (me, mom, dad, sister and grandmother).
Question 2 What dish will we prepare? You can choose to prepare three dishes: “Charlotte”, “honey cake”, “meringue cake”. But since I know what my grandmother likes, I choose “Charlotte”
Question 3 What drink will we prepare? Options: Tea, juice, cocktail, fruit drink. I choose: cocktail.
Cooking. “Charlotte” We will need: flour - 1 cup sugar - 1 cup eggs - 4 pcs baking powder - 1 teaspoon vanilla - 0.5 teaspoon apples - 350-400 g (4-5 pieces) Preparation: 1. Take out the eggs from the refrigerator and beat them into foam. The eggs must be cold, this will allow the dough to become fluffy. For whipping we use a mixer.
Cooking. “Charlotte” 2. Add sugar and beat everything together. If you don’t like very sweet pies, you can add a little less than a glass of sugar. I add a partial glass because for our taste, with a full glass, the pie turns out too sweet.
Cooking. “Charlotte” 3. Add vanillin or vanilla sugar. Or you can add cinnamon - 2 teaspoons. Let's add one thing. Mix. 4. Gradually add flour in small portions. Mix thoroughly each time. Again, to make the dough airy, it is best to sift the flour. This way it becomes more saturated with oxygen.
Cooking. “Charlotte” 5. Add baking powder. Or instead, you can add soda on the tip of a knife, slaked with vinegar.
Cooking. “Charlotte” 6. Cut the apples into pieces at your discretion. You can cut it into slices, into cubes, or into cubes. The main thing is not to cut it too finely, otherwise the apples will be difficult to find in the pie.
Cooking. “Charlotte” 7. Add apples to the dough, mix.
Cooking. “Charlotte” 8. Prepare the form. If you are using a springform pan, line the bottom with parchment paper. And then grease the bottom and walls with vegetable or butter. If your mold is silicone, then it is also better to grease it with oil. 9. Place the dough together with the apples in a mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. 10. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Readiness can be determined using a toothpick. If you pierce the charlotte in several places and there is no dough left on it, then it is completely ready.
Cooking. Juice. Cocktail “Restoring” This fresh mix can be drunk in the morning after a fun feast. It will quickly remove poisons and unnecessary fluid from the body. Ingredients Cucumber – 1 fruit Apple – 1 fruit Lime – 1 fruit Dill – 1 bunch Celery (greens and stems) – 200 g
Self-esteem and evaluation. The guests and my grandma's birthday party really enjoyed it. I am very pleased with my result.
