My favorite food is homemade . I like cooking very much. When I cook something, I get an opportunity to find peace of soul and mind. I love trying new recipes. I prefer healthy food which is easy to cook.

Soup with chicken meatballs

I love soups. My favorite soup is a soup with chicken meatballs . It is light and very delicious. It consists of only a few ingredients which I always have in my kitchen. And it only takes 30 minutes to cook this soup.

Greek salad

My favorite salad is Greek salad . I like salads with fresh seasonal vegetables. And I also like interesting and unusual combinations of different flavors. In Greek salad sweet peppers and tomatoes are accompanied with salty feta cheese and savory olives.

Roasted chicken with vegetables

If you ask me what my favorite main dish is, without any doubt, it is roasted chicken with vegetables.

I like everything that can be cooked in the oven. There are many different ways to marinate chicken and plenty of vegetables to choose from. You can roast potatoes and carrots or add a bit of sweetness with pumpkin, parsnips and courgettes.

Hot chocolate

My favorite drink is hot chocolate . I usually drink it plain. However, you can add some whipped cream or marshmallows to it, turning it into a true dessert. I enjoy drinking it on cold winter days.

Cottage cheese pie

My favorite dessert is cottage cheese pie . It is easy to cook and can be a great accompaniment to a cup of tea. It is very light and not too sweet. You can serve it with sour cream, jam or condensed milk.
