MBDOU "Kindergarten Omsukchan"
The intensive development of the modern Russian state has recently placed increasingly higher demands on people and their health. Taking care of health is one of the most important tasks of every person. The topic of health is relevant for all times and peoples, and in the 21st century it becomes paramount. But the question of the health of children becomes even more pressing. Therefore, the problem of developing and implementing modern technologies to protect and strengthen children’s health and promote a healthy lifestyle is of particular importance in the education system.
One of the main directions of our preschool educational institution is the protection and strengthening of the physical and mental health of children, including their emotional well-being, therefore the use of health-saving technologies and compliance with safety precautions when organizing the educational process is one of the priorities when developing in a preschooler the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities healthy lifestyle. And it is solved in an integrated manner, in the course of mastering all educational areas. One of the sources of health-saving activities is music, in particular music classes.
The purpose of using health-saving technology in music classes in preschool educational institutions is to form in children the habit of a healthy lifestyle, a sense of responsibility for maintaining and strengthening their health through exercises in all types of musical activities.
Health-improving tasks of musical activity in preschool educational institutions:
- Preserving and strengthening the physical and mental health of children.
- Creating conditions that ensure the emotional well-being of each child.
- Increasing the adaptive capabilities of the child's body.
- Formation of correct posture.
In practical work and during educational activities on music education, when introducing health-saving technology, it is recommended to use a variety of methods and techniques: these are valeological chants, breathing exercises, articulation exercises, logorhythmic exercises, playful self-massage, music therapy. The use of this technology helps strengthen the vocal apparatus, develops diction and articulation, and helps relieve tension at the beginning of children's exercise.
So, simple valeology chants
(“Good morning!”, “Tryamdi-song”, “Wake up!”) prepare the child’s vocal apparatus for singing songs, lift the mood, and relieve muscle tension.
By monitoring
at the beginning of the school year, I note children who have speech disorders and children who are often ill.
For this group I use breathing exercises (“Clock”, “Cockerel”, “Pump”, “Semaphore”, “Balloon rises up”, “Blowing out the candles”, “Ears”), I use them during organized educational activities to train the diaphragmatic muscle , which is very useful for the health of a preschooler.)
, exercises for articulation and diction (
"Journey of the tongue", "Charging the tongue", "Samovar", "Horse", "Steamboat", etc.) .
The main objectives of breathing exercises are:
1. Strengthening the physiological breathing of children
2. Training the strength of inhalation and exhalation
3. Formation of correct speech breathing (short inhalation - long exhalation)
4. Development of a long inhalation.
For the development of the speech apparatus
I use exercises developed by V. Emelyanov
(“Let’s Warm Up”, “On Skates”, etc. ).
Exercises are carried out not only in music classes, but also in a group with a teacher. It is very important to follow the sequence (from simple to complex). Regular use of exercises improves the quality of children's speech and, accordingly, the quality of singing.
Application of logorhythmic
exercises such as “Washstand”, “Toothbrush”, “This is me”, etc., contribute to the development of a sense of rhythm, involve both hemispheres of the brain in the work, increase the sociability of children, and bring joy.
A game
- the main and favorite activity of preschoolers. In my classes, many games have a valeological focus. Developed on the basis of musical and outdoor games, they are integrated in nature and contribute to the consolidation of valeological concepts and the formation of motivation for a healthy lifestyle.
Play massage
also used in music and valeology classes in kindergarten.
Massage techniques are useful not only for sick people, but also for healthy people. By doing self-massage to a specific part of the body, for example, “Transformation
,” the child affects the entire body as a whole. The use of play massage by A. Umanskaya, M. Kartushina, A. Galanova increases the protective properties of the upper respiratory tract and the entire body, normalizes vegetative-vascular tone, the activity of the vestibular apparatus and endocrine glands.
Finger games
(“In the Room”, “Home”, “Friendly Fingers”, “Turtle”) allow you to knead and massage your fingers and palms in a playful way, having a beneficial effect on all internal organs. In music classes, finger games by E. Zheleznova, V. Konovalenko, O. Uzorova are performed to the music (singers, songs, accompanied by the display of bright illustrations, toys, heroes of the finger theater). The melody is selected taking into account the age of the children. You can accompany such games on the piano, metallophone, xylophone, or use the sound of noise instruments; in music classes, I perform gymnastics most often accompanied by singing, accompanied by a demonstration of games. Regular inclusion of musical finger gymnastics in the course of a lesson stimulates the action of the speech zones of the cerebral cortex of children, improves attention and memory, forms associative-figurative thinking and makes it easier for future schoolchildren to master writing skills.
Speech games
- one of the forms of creative work with children not only in the development of speech, but also in musical education.
It has been proven that musical hearing develops together with speech. The means of musical expression - rhythm, tempo, timbre, dynamics, articulation, form - are also characteristic of speech. The use of speech games in music classes allows children from a very early age to master the entire range of expressive means of music, develops the emotional expressiveness of children's speech, and motor activity. Musical instruments, sounding gestures, and movement are added to the sound. In addition, the formation of speech in humans occurs with the participation of gestures, which can accompany, decorate and even replace words. Plastic art introduces pantomimic and theatrical possibilities into speech music-making. Rhythmic declamation is
the rhythmic pronunciation of text against the background of playing music.
Music for the background is selected in accordance with the tempo of speech, the peculiarities of the rhythmic pattern, and the content of the text (a nursery rhyme about a bunny should not be uttered accompanied by a slow melody in a low register, and the image of a Bear does not suit the spasmodic movement of high-pitched sounds). Music therapy
helps to correct the psychophysical health of children in the process of their life. There are active (motor improvisations accompanied by verbal commentary corresponding to the nature of the music) and passive (listening to stimulating, soothing or stabilizing music specifically or as a background) forms of music therapy. Listening to correctly selected music with the performance of psycho-gymnastic etudes by M. Chistyakova increases the immunity of children, relieves tension, headaches and muscle pain, and restores calm breathing. Children need music throughout the day. Therefore, I created a music library to use music in special moments. Children really like music therapy. All conditions have been created for the use of health-saving technology in our kindergarten.
To relieve emotional stress, correct mood and individual character traits of the child, I use the method of practical psychocorrection - psychogymnastics
relaxation
exercises “Rag Doll”, “Sleepy Kitten”, “Tired Cat”;
expression of different emotions “
Naughty Sasha”, “Dasha and the Katyushka doll”, “Vova and the puppy”;
expression of negative emotions, comparison of different models of behavior
“Mom is upset”, “Lena helped the dog”, “Kostya planted a tree”. Psycho-gymnastics helps children overcome barriers in communication, better understand themselves and others, relieve mental stress, and provides the opportunity for self-expression.
An important role in the formation of a healthy lifestyle is played by the selected song repertoire. These are songs such as “Zdravik’s Song”, “Sports March”, “Temper up if you want to be healthy...”, “Heroic Strength”, etc.
