Progress of the lesson.

The children stand facing the teacher, with a large ball in his hands. The teacher, raising the ball high, says:

Game exercises.

  1. “Balls are frogs.”

There are balls in front of the kids. These are "frogs". The kids’ task is to hit the ball with the palm of their hand to make the ball jump. Whoever can make the “frog” jump faster wins.

  1. "The ball is in the goal."

Children are divided into pairs and sit opposite each other at a distance of two meters with their legs wide apart - “collars”.

One child pushes the ball away from him with both hands, trying to get into the “goal,” and the other child must catch him and pass the ball back. (4-5 times).

  1. “Don’t lose the ball!”

All children are given medium balls. The teacher says:

- You can play with the ball as you want, but you can’t lose the ball! Play, but don't lose the ball!

Children run in different directions and play freely with balls: roll, throw, hit, catch... In response to the words of the teacher:

- Don’t lose the ball, pick it up!

Children must stop and raise their ball above their heads.

“Catch your ball!”
Children stand in a line on one side of the hall, holding balls in their hands. At the teacher's command:

Children bend down, push the ball on the floor away from them with all their strength and run to catch it. Having caught up and taken their ball, the children return to their places in the line. The game is repeated 2-3 times. At the end of the game the teacher says:

- You all caught your balls. They played with you for a very long time and were very tired. Let's put them to rest in the basket.

Outdoor game “Run, Catch!”

Children stand freely on one side of the playground. The teacher with a large ball in his hands stands in front of them at a distance of 1.5 - 2 meters. Throwing the ball up and catching it, the teacher steps back a few steps, saying:

- I throw once, throw two, throw three - run quickly and catch the ball!

Children run to the teacher, trying to catch the ball. The teacher catches the ball himself and says:

- If you didn’t catch me, run back!

The children return to their seats. The game is repeated 2–3 times, after which the teacher gives the opportunity to one of the children to catch the ball.
