Against the background of cheerful music, the presenter comes onto the stage with a box in his hands. Host: Hello, guys. I am glad to see you at the game educational program “Music Box”. Tell me, what do you see in my hands now? The children answer.
A box, a box for all sorts of different things.
It's not a box, much less a chest. There must be something important in the box. It’s not for nothing that grandma hides the box and grumbles. Or maybe gnomes have been living there for a long time, a long time ago, Or maybe there are carpenters cutting down a window for us, Or maybe there’s a magic castle there and dancing by candlelight, And gentlemen and ladies knocking their shoes. Or maybe the musician sits in a box, And looks at the magical world through a crack. He dragged a piano, button accordion and saxophone there, And he composes music and writes notes. Box, box today we need. So, friends, attention, the game begins. Guys, the music box has prepared a lot of interesting tasks and surprises for us. Let's play? So pay attention, I open the box and take out the first task. The presenter takes out a question mark. 1. The Musical Riddles competition is announced. You will take it in your hands, you will stretch it, then you will squeeze it! Voiced, elegant, Russian, two-row. She'll play, just touch her. What's her name? Harmonic. Three strings, plays loudly. That instrument is a “cocked hat.” Find out quickly, what is this? Balalaika It’s easy to go on a hike with me, It’s fun with me on the road, And I’m a screamer, and I’m a brawler, I’m ringing, round... Drum I stand on three legs, My feet are in black boots. White teeth, pedal. What's my name? ... Piano It was as if a girl began to sing, And the room seemed to brighten. The melody glides so flexibly. Everything fell silent: playing... Violin And what kind of miracles are these? In the forest we hear voices, the guys are sitting by the fire, singing and looking at her. To make it suddenly sound, first pluck the string. And there are seven or six strings; we cannot count its merits. It’s easy for everyone to sing to it, tell me, what’s its name? Guitar Well done, you did a good job. Let's see what else the box has in store for us. The presenter takes out a piece of paper with a picture of a button accordion from the box. 2.Musical instruments. Guys, do you know that all musical instruments have voices. Let's listen to them. The presenter lets you listen to the sounds of different musical instruments and names them in turn.
In the second task you have to guess the voices of musical instruments.
So the question is. What instrument does it sound like? Instruments sound: accordion, balalaika, drum, piano, violin, guitar.
Participants guess the instruments. Well done guys, you completed the task.
Let's see what else the box has prepared for us. The presenter takes a note from the box.
What is the name of this item?
Children answer: note.
Guys, what are the notes for?
3. The next competition is called “Guess the melody.” Now songs from different cartoons and films will be played, and you must name them correctly. 1. “Granny Hedgehogs”, from the cartoon “The Flying Ship”; 2. Cartoon “Lost and Found”; 3. Feature film “The Three Musketeers”; 4. Cartoon “Return of the Prodigal Parrot”; 5. Cartoon "Masha and the Bear"; 6. Cartoon “Alyosha Popovich and Tugarin the Snake”; 7. Cartoon “Chip and Dale to the Rescue.” And again you successfully completed the task, well done. Let's take a look at our music box again. The presenter takes out a drawn ball from the box. 4. Musical ball. The kids stayed late and a game came to visit us. Guys, stand in a circle and hold hands together. We will jump a little and clap our hands, we will sit down on the path and jump on our feet. Let's shake our neighbor's hand firmly and start playing as soon as possible. The next game is called "Musical Ball". To the sound of cheerful music, you pass the ball around in a circle. When the music stops, the one who has the ball in his hands goes to the middle of the circle and awaits the task that awaits all losers at the end of the song. Students guess the tasks of the presenter.
1. What kind of musical sign is this?
(Treble clef) 2. What is the name of the dance that will be performed now? (Waltz) 3. Sing two lines of your favorite song. 4. Dance the lady. 5. Name Russian composers. 6. Name the notes in order. 5. Game "Hat". Again the box is calling us, what awaits us this time. The presenter opens the box and takes out a hat.
Our hat is not simple, our hat is daring.
Whoever puts it on even once will immediately know his neighbor’s thoughts. And the one who guesses what kind of musical signs these are will wear it; the one who guesses first will put on the hat. The presenter takes turns showing musical signs: bass clef, pause, two combined notes, sharp, flat. If the children do not guess the musical signs, the presenter gives an explanation. Bass clef. This key is used by low-sounding instruments: cello, bassoon, and others. Vocal music for men is also written in a bass key. A pause is a break in the sound of music, indicated by a special sign expressing the duration of this break. A note is a designation for the sound of a piece of music. A sharp is a sign that raises a note by half a tone. A flat is a sign that lowers a note by half a tone. The presenter puts the hat on the winner.
I ask the rest to line up in one line.
And I ask the winner to put a hat on any player he wishes. Now we will find out the thoughts of our players. When the winner puts his hat on the players, cuts from various pieces of music are played.
We thank all participants and continue the game.
6. Game “Musical break”. There are still more surprises in our box. Let's see what awaits us. The presenter takes a musical break from the box.
We have already seen this sign.
Guys, what is it called? That's right, this is a musical break. Now it's time for a musical break. I invite you to play and dance. We listen carefully to the song and complete the task. Musical games are played:
1. Clap, clap, clap.
2. Game for attention. 3. I have one aunt. The game is coming to us again, join the round dance. Divide into two circles, hold hands together. We walk in a circle to the music and sing a song together. The first circle from me goes to the left, the circle farthest from me hurries to the right. As soon as the music stops, the circle farthest from me crouches. The inner circle does not yawn, but touches the distant ones with its hand. Those who do not have time to sit down leave the game, stand on the sidelines, and do not interfere. The game is played 2 times.
And now the circle closest to me is crouching, and the one farther away is blurring it.
The game is played 2 times.
Well, for the last time we play, we blur the distant circle.
The songs “Chunga-Changa” are playing
7.
“Surprise” Our box is somehow bored. Maybe there's another surprise there? The presenter takes out candy from the box. What a surprise, I think the guys earned it. They solved all the riddles, made me happy with the box, and so did I. The presenter distributes candy.
It lifts our spirits. The music is always good. We look forward to meeting her, We need music like air. Our musical game has come to an end. Goodbye, see you again.

Each year, one of Miami's most prominent charity events, the Make-A-Wish Ball at the InterContinental Miami, sets a new and bold theme.

For the 23rd annual ball, Maxwell Blandford, creative consultant for the Make-A-Wish charity, chose "Mystical Music Box", a colorful display of contemporary culture that has inspired many musicians, artists and fashion designers such as Grace Jones, Andy Warhol and Yves Saint Laurent.

“I love music boxes. When I was a child, I always thought there was something mystical about the way they came to life. They stimulated my imagination, and I always made wishes when the ballerina did her first pirouette. Although the idea for 'Mystical Music Box' was inspired by my personal memories, it was important to find a theme that everyone could relate to in their own lives,” Blandford explained.

80s nightclub in the style of Jean-Paul Goude

According to Blandford, the Make-A-Wish ball registration area was inspired by Grace Jones and her relationship with French artist Jean-Paul Goude. Guests were meant to feel like they had arrived at a fantastic nightclub from the early 1980s.

Theater box

The name of the theme of the event was also presented on the “theater” wall.

Andy Warhol Soup
