Educator: Hello, dear parents! Today we have gathered together in one big, friendly company, which I would like to call “a big friendly family.” Do you mind? I offer you a topic for conversation called “Man”. What do you think a person is? And who is this person? Statements from parents. Man is the perfection of nature. In order for him to be able to enjoy the benefits of life and enjoy its beauty, it is very important to have health. Even the wise Socrates said: “Health is the main thing, everything else without it is nothing!” Every parent wants their child to grow up healthy and happy. In your opinion, what is he like, a healthy child? Statements from parents.
Educator: In our group, parents were surveyed on the topic of healthy lifestyle. Your questionnaires showed that half of our families play sports with their children, most parents believe that their diet is closer to rational, almost all children have basic sports equipment: a ball, a jump rope, skis. And only one family has a sports corner. This is Masha Poletaeva’s family, let’s applaud her. And we will try to be equal to this family. Today the guys and I will show you and tell you how to form habits to lead a healthy lifestyle. Masha. In order to maintain health and strengthen your body, my whole family knows that there must be a daily routine. Varya. Guys, you should know that everyone needs to sleep longer. Well, don’t be lazy in the morning – start exercising! Vania. Brush your teeth, wash your face and smile more often, toughen up, and then you won’t be afraid of the blues! Denis. To ensure that no microbe accidentally gets into your mouth, you need to wash your hands before eating with soap and water. Vika. Eat vegetables and fruits, fish, dairy products - This is healthy food, full of vitamins! Educator: Go out for a walk, breathe in the fresh air. Just remember: when leaving, dress for the weather! These are the good tips, the secrets are hidden in them, How to maintain health. Learn to appreciate it! Educator: You and I have come to the conclusion that a healthy child rarely gets sick. He is active and cheerful, and treats adults and children kindly. A healthy child is fast, strong and agile; bad weather is not scary for him, because... he is seasoned. To raise and raise a healthy child, parents need to put in a lot of effort. First of all, you need to teach your child to take care of his own health, and from a very early age. This is how every morning begins in our group. Children stand in a circle with their parents. Exercises are carried out accompanied by music. Educator: If you start the day with exercise, then everything will be fine! And now we will check how fast and agility are developed in our mothers, fathers and their children. 1 task. Warm-up game “Listen to what I’m saying. Do what I show you." Assignments for children (parents check for correct completion). Grab your left ear with your right hand. With your left hand behind your right ear. Close your left eye with your right hand. Close your right eye with your left hand. Spread your arms to the sides and reach your nose with your index fingers. Hands behind your back, clap under your right knee. Use your left hand to stroke your stomach. Task 2. Guessing riddles. They asked me a riddle: what kind of miracles are these? Steering wheel, saddle and two pedals, two shiny wheels. The riddle has an answer. This is my…..(bicycle).
There are two stripes in the snow, two foxes were surprised. One came closer: someone was running here...(skis).
Not offended, but inflated, they lead him across the field. And if they hit you, you won’t be able to keep up with ... (ball).
Assignment for parents: name ball games. Here's a funny incident. A cloud settled in the bathroom. Rain pours from the ceiling onto my back and sides. How nice this is! The rain is warm, heated. There are no visible puddles on the floor. All the guys love...(shower).
This bird is not a tit, not an eagle or a cormorant. This little bird is called….(shuttlecock).
Assignment for parents:
what is the name of the game with a shuttlecock?
3 task. "Don't miss." Children are divided into two teams. Each team needs to take the ball, crawl under the arc with it, throw it on the floor and catch it, go to the cord and throw the ball into the basket. Assignment for parents: get the ball into the basket by throwing it from behind. 4 task. “Stomp, clap.” Pictures of healthy and unhealthy foods are displayed on the screen in turn. If there is a healthy product on the screen (cucumber, carrots, fish, milk, cottage cheese), children clap their hands. If there is a harmful product (chips, soda, candy, cake, sausages) - they stomp their feet. Educator: Guys, what tasty and healthy dishes do your parents prepare for you at home? Children's answers. This is very healthy, salads, pies, cheesecakes, cutlets. But the main question is whether the food is healthy or not. Task 5. Parents talk about their signature dish, which is extremely healthy. Educator: Dear parents, you brought us recipes for your favorite and healthy dishes. We compiled all your recipes into one binder and called it “Family Book of Healthy Recipes.” We invite those who did not take part in the creation of our book to familiarize themselves with its contents and add their own signature recipe. Task 6. "Tasting of products." On plates covered with napkins there are canapes of apple, banana, cucumber, carrot. Children are asked to close their eyes and, after trying one canapé, say what they ate. Assignment for parents: a complex canapé is offered (from 2 to 3 products). Task 7. Finger gymnastics “Friendship”. Educator: and now our children will teach moms and dads exercises that help preserve their health. Finger gymnastics “Friendship” develops fine motor skills of the hands, has a positive effect on memory, attention, thinking, and helps develop speech. Parents perform together with their children. The girls and boys in our group are friends. (The fingers of both hands are joined rhythmically into a lock) You and I will make friends with little fingers. (Rhythmic touching of the fingers of both hands) One, two, three, four, five, start counting again. (Alternately touching the fingers on both hands, starting with the little finger) One, two, three, four, five we finished counting. (Hands down, shake hands) Breathing exercises “Wind”. It is used to prevent colds, restores breathing through the nose, and enriches the human lungs with oxygen. Let's show moms and dads how we do these exercises throughout the day. I am a strong wind, I am flying. I fly, I fly wherever I want. (inhale through the nose) I want to whistle to the left (head to the left, lips with a tube, blow) I can blow to the right (head to the right, exhale) I can go up and into the clouds (inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth) Well, for now I’m dispersing the clouds (circular movements hands). Educator: Well done, everyone, they completed the tasks. It remains to solve the last riddle. Round, ruddy, I grow on a branch. Adults and little children love me. What is this? (Apple) Correct. Is an apple a healthy or harmful product? As a farewell, I want to treat you to some healthy apples.
