Progress of the lesson

I Organizational moment

1. Greeting.

— Guys, it’s nice to have a lesson with a friendly team. So let’s smile at each other and wish mentally health, goodness and happiness. Let's imagine that today is a beautiful sunny day, the bright sun is looking into our windows, everyone is in a good mood1 let's say in unison: “Hello!” you see how good we feel when our greeting sounds.

II Main part

1. Working with a proverb.

— Guys, read the words of the Ancient Greek sage: “If you want to be strong, run, if you want to be beautiful, run, if you want to be smart, run.”

— Do you agree with this statement? (Yes.)

— How does running and movement help you to be strong? (If a person moves, it means he has strong muscles, i.e. he is strong.)

— How does movement help you to be beautiful? (If a person moves, then he breathes fresh air, his face is ruddy, he is not pale, he does not get fat.)

— How does the mind depend on running, on movement? (If you are often in the air, your head will work well.)

- That's right, guys, if a person is beautiful, strong and smart, then they say about him that he is healthy, and to be healthy you need to move.

2. Report the topic of the lesson.

- And today in class we will talk about movement, about the fact that movement continues life.

— Guys, you know that people who lead a sedentary and sedentary lifestyle live less than those who are actively involved in sports. Because physical exercise affects all muscle groups, joints, ligaments, which become strong, muscle volume and strength increase. If the muscles are inactive, their nutrition deteriorates, volume and strength decrease, elasticity and firmness decrease, they become weak and flabby.

“But lately people are moving less and less. And, as scientists say, muscle hunger sets in. And it is dangerous for humans, just like a lack of oxygen. To be healthy, schoolchildren must move actively for at least 1.5 hours a day.

3. Reading letters.

— Guys, we received letters from children who wanted to talk about what they are doing now.

- Let's read it.

- This is what is written in the first letter:

"Hello guys! Now I live with my grandmother in the village, I came to visit her. I sleep as long as I want. Then my grandmother feeds me something tasty, and I’m so full that I want to lie down some more. I lie down and watch TV for a long time. There is a forest not far from my grandmother's house. But I don’t want to go there: I have to get dressed, go down the steps from the porch and walk for ten whole minutes to the forest. And then come back again! I don’t go to the skating rink either, in case I freeze. After all, I already feel bad: my head hurts, my stomach hurts too, I have bruises under my eyes. Goodbye. Kirill".

Consultation for parents movement is life!

Consultation for parents

«Movement is the basis of health»

Everyone knows how important movement is But the distance between knowledge and practice is often very large. Meanwhile, it is also known that people who train their muscular system, even if it is very small, but certainly through daily activity, are much less susceptible to accidents and illnesses. Statistical data from the practice of children's doctors, medical commissions and insurance companies indicate the extreme importance of movement and proper nutrition in the lives of children and adults.

Very simple, non-boring advice for parents on the problem : “ Movement and health

The human brain, especially when it comes to unconscious thinking, is saturated with impressions. In the future, 80% of our activities are guided by this unconscious experience. Therefore, educating children about the needs of a healthy body , training, and training play an extremely important role, both in kindergarten and in the family. It is necessary to explain to children the significance of not only certain actions and habits, but this is the main thing - to set their own example.

Do morning exercises, move more, do physical exercise and sports, lead a healthy lifestyle , involve your children in active activities and they will grow up to be healthy and successful people. Parents are an unquestioned authority for children, they will accept them as role models.

From an early age, teach your children to take care of their health and take care of it . Joint activities unite and unite children and adults. The position of parents largely determines the attitude of children towards physical education and sports. If adults lead a healthy lifestyle , regularly perform at least the simplest physical exercises with their children, are active and easy-going, this is “fertile soil” on which good seedlings will sprout - strong, healthy children who love physical education.

Just talking about the importance of health is not enough .

We must take daily, albeit small, but certainly numerous steps. Then a healthy foundation on which a beautiful edifice of human life can be built in the future.

Participate more often in physical education and sports activities held in kindergarten. Children enjoy the presence of adults and are proud of their parents . Sports holidays in which family teams compete bring the family together, bring a lot of joy and are remembered by adults and children for a long time.

Organize holidays for your children at home; spare no time or effort. All this will pay off in the health of your child, his active life-affirming position, and further success in life.

The best days are Saturday, Sunday, holidays, holidays, vacation.

Anyone can command - mother, father, grandfather, grandmother, son or daughter, aunt, uncle, etc.

You can divide the “periods” and then everyone is responsible for their own “event” for their own period of time.

- Tighten your feet and toes;

It is good to accompany the exercise with thoughts or words, saying them in a whisper or out loud: “Good morning! How good! I am well ! Everyone is healthy ! I love my family!"

- From the same starting position, placing your arms bent at the elbows under your head, stretching your legs (you can hook your toes onto the headboard of the bed or hide them under a folded blanket), do several half-lifts of the upper body without lifting your legs from the bed.

— Lying on your back, arms straight along the body, or elbows bent under the head, raise your legs up several times, trying to make a “right angle.”

— Continuing to lie on your back, perform several rotational movements with your palms and feet in one direction and the other.

- From a position lying on your back, with your arms and legs stretched out, roll over onto one side, onto your back, onto the other side, onto your stomach.

- From the starting position, lying on your stomach, stretching out your arms and legs, make a “boat”, bending in your back, raise your head, upper torso, legs.

Say: “Okay! Very good!" Stand up.

It is worth repeating the exercises from two to four times with a smile and a good mood.

The general uplifting command coming from the other room is very invigorating, uniting the whole family with a common idea, a common action, a common cheerful mood, saturating everyone with positive emotions.

"Hello everybody! Hello everyone!"

Now for a delicious breakfast! After all, this is the most important meal of the day. That's why we don't eat breakfast on the go. A beautifully set table, favorite dishes, loved ones - how wonderful ! Over breakfast we have peaceful conversations about the day ahead, including the needs of the body.

Then all sorts of calm, active yard games , initiated by all family members. Grandparents will offer to play old folk games, dad and mom will offer to play games of their childhood, children will offer to play modern outdoor games . It will be interesting and useful for everyone. Play games such as: “Forfeits”, “Don’t say yes and no”, “Loto”, “Burners”, “Salki”, “Kvach”, “Zhmurki”, “Hide and Seek”, “Cossacks-Robbers”, “ Freeze", "Colors".

From home to the street, to nature.

A walk or excursion, a trip, a hike, a visit to cultural and entertainment institutions, parks, children's attractions, and theaters are required. Talking about the beneficial effects of nature and recreation on health .

You can have lunch at the catering point. It is pleasant and interesting, and contributes to the social and communicative development of children.

Sit on a bench, admire the sky, river, trees, flowers, etc., breathe calmly - it is so peaceful, promotes relaxation, deep rest.

You can still move actively. Or visit the cinema. It is important that during the day the child performs various exercises: stretch, and then relax your muscles, and you will have a feeling of warmth throughout your body, tense your back muscles, squeeze your shoulder blades together, stand straight, lower and raise your head several times and you will have a beautiful posture.

In the evening at home there is a common dinner, hygiene procedures, quieter games, family reading (preferably fairy tales or entertaining stories - everyone loves them). If you can’t watch an interesting program together without TV, but not for long, it’s harmful for children.

Children going to bed. "Good night!" It is very good if children are sung a lullaby, sit next to him with kind words - such moments are remembered for a lifetime, they convince the child of his own security and importance for the family, awaken peace of mind in him, strengthen his health , help him to be confident and successful.

Class notes on the topic “Movement is life”

Target:

  • formation of ideas about a healthy lifestyle and the need to lead it throughout life;
  • promote the formation of an understanding of responsibility for one’s health and the health of future generations;

Necessary materials: sheets and markers on the children's tables; posters with statements on the topic of the lesson; presentation, student survey.

Progress of the event:

  1. Introduction to the problem. Relevance.

Good afternoon guys and dear guests! Today we are holding a meeting, which we dedicate to one of the important topics of our days - a healthy lifestyle. The topic is very relevant and broad. We can talk about her for a long time. Therefore, today we will focus on one of the elements of a healthy lifestyle on which our health depends - movement.

Even before our era, many centuries ago, Hippocrates wrote: “Gymnastics, physical exercise, walking should firmly enter the everyday life of everyone who wants to maintain efficiency, health, and full-fledged joy in life.” Is this really true? Is the role of movement really that great in a person’s life? Today we will look for the answer to these questions.

Each of us receives a wonderful gift at birth - health. Human health, as modern research has shown, is influenced by many factors:

Lifestyle - 50%

Environment - 20%

Heredity - 20%

The level of medical development is 10%

Preserving and strengthening people's health is half determined by reasons beyond a person's control: ecology, heredity, healthcare. The remaining 50% of health directly depends on a person’s lifestyle. Much depends on what kind of life we lead.

? What does the concept of “healthy lifestyle” include?

A healthy lifestyle involves giving up bad habits, maintaining good hygiene, following traffic and safety rules, and eating right. Variety classes. This means that good health depends not only on doctors, but also on a reasonable attitude towards one’s own health, on the lifestyle that a person leads.

Movement is life. It’s hard to remember who this phrase belongs to. But no one doubts the validity of this statement. (Questionnaire result)

Research claims that in our time, physical activity has decreased by 100 times compared to previous centuries.

Many centuries ago, people had to actively move to get food, build a home, make clothes, etc. Let's imagine a peasant of past centuries: having a small plot of land, he had to cultivate it with a minimum of equipment and feed a large number of children. Many also worked as corvee labor. People bore this huge burden day after day all their lives. Of course, physical overexertion cannot add to your health, but the lack of physical activity inherent in modern man is harmful to the body. How is it possible, you ask, with the modern crazy pace of life, to experience inactivity?

In general, modern man moves a lot. Some movements are performed constantly: he gets out of bed in the morning, is able to bend over the sink, raise his leg to get on the bus, write with a pen, and this, whatever you say, is also movement.. Moreover, many are able to write for several hours, read, press keys, bend and straighten, etc.

All these movements are useful and necessary. The trouble is that they are monotonous. And a person performs the same manipulations for many, many years. At that time he never makes any movements.

Nowadays machines do a lot for us. We willingly use the elevator, public transport, and like to relax while sitting. Mental labor is gradually replacing physical labor. Inactivity becomes a distinctive feature of the life of a modern person from childhood.

A decrease in physical activity is observed at all ages. Movement deficits progress as one moves from grade to grade: at the age of 6-8 years, inactivity occurs in 50% of schoolchildren, at the age of 9-12 years, 60%, and in 80% of children of senior school age.

Questionnaire analysis:

We decided to conduct our own research. Students of grades 7, 8, 10-11 were studied.

The result was as follows

  • When asked whether you agree with the expression “Active movement is a sign of a healthy lifestyle”?, the majority agreed.
  • Do you attend sports sections, clubs, etc. —
  • Do you like physical education lessons?
  • Do you regularly attend physical education lessons?
  • Do you do morning exercises at home?

Studies have shown that you spend an average of 7.5 hours sleeping, 1.5 hours on TV, and about 3 hours on the computer. Lessons at school - 4 hours, preparation of homework - 3-4 hours. It turns out that there are 4-5 hours left for the rest, including physical activity.

The modern life of a schoolchild - going to school, preparing homework, reading, computer, TV - presupposes a sedentary lifestyle. About 19 hours a day - 85% of daytime (including sleep) a teenager is in complete or relative immobility. (972 hours per year!) We cannot refuse some actions. That's life!

He has only 4-5 hours left for walks, sports, and outdoor games. And according to the norm, physical activity should account for about 8 hours!

Problems associated with a sedentary lifestyle:

Lack of movement affects the general condition of the body: blood pressure often changes, weakness, headaches, bones become fragile, a person quickly gets tired, malaise, and mood drops sharply. One of the unfavorable manifestations is excess weight. They often get sick and their performance decreases.

These are just a few of the problems. They can lead to serious disruptions in the functioning of the cardiovascular, digestive, respiratory, nervous, and musculoskeletal systems.

How to eliminate the deficit of movements?

Measures to prevent the development of these problems:

  1. Work in groups. Assignment: in 4-5 minutes, suggest ways to increase the motor activity of schoolchildren. Record the result on a piece of paper. Present the result to the rest of the groups.

Here are some specific recommendations: exercise, participation in a sports section, running, active weekends with the family, regular attendance at physical education classes, refusal of transport (if possible), refusal of the elevator, walks in the fresh air, active games, cycling, skiing, dancing, alternating mental and physical activity (taking breaks from sedentary work), roller skating, swimming.

There are more than a hundred weekends and holidays a year. It’s very good if you go hiking on one of these days

The ancient Greeks said: “If you want to be beautiful, run, if you want to be healthy, run, if you want to be strong, run.”

The greatest effect of an activity is if the activity brings him joy and satisfaction. Additional factors can play a big role in creating a favorable emotional atmosphere: good music, conducting classes in a park or forest.

Assignment: everyone will think and determine for themselves, based on desires and possibilities, which of the proposed measures you are ready to introduce into your practice. Voice over (2-3 people)

Don’t forget the banal phrase “movement is life” and move as much as possible every day for the benefit of your health! Sport should become an integral part of life, only then its benefits will become obvious. What we are now is the result of our habits. And only by changing them will we change ourselves. Love your body, move and you will be richly rewarded.

Examples of moderate physical activity include:

  • brisk walking 3 km in 30 minutes;
  • slow walking (walking) for at least an hour a day;
  • cycling 8 km in 30 minutes;
  • dancing at a fast pace for 30 minutes;
  • game of basketball, volleyball, other outdoor games 30-45 minutes.

Schoolchildren not only have to limit their natural motor activity, but also maintain an uncomfortable posture for a long time, sitting at a desk or study table, in front of a computer. At this time, a separate muscle group is in a state of tone for a long time. Feeling pain. Regular sitting in a hunched position leads to breathing problems and problems with the musculoskeletal system (back and neck). The disease chondrosis appears, which has serious consequences. By the age of 20, every 3 people develop symptoms of this disease.

How to protect yourself from this disease. In addition to strengthening the back muscles, you need to make it a rule to do simple exercises after 40-5 minutes of work in a sitting position. I’m ready to show you one of them. (showing exercises).

Regular exercise and exercise are important for a healthy lifestyle. They maintain health, protect against diseases, and slow down the aging process. Physical education is useful at any age, since ordinary daily activity can rarely provide sufficient physical activity. In childhood, physical exercise contributes to the development of speech, at school and university - mental performance and mental activity. Muscular activity affects a person’s character. The fact is that with muscle activity, the release of adrenaline and hormones that contribute to stress is reduced.

A healthy lifestyle is the need of the hour. Motto in some countries: Being healthy has become fashionable.

It is no coincidence that many countries around the world carry out measures to preserve and strengthen people’s health. Experience of countries:

Japan is a country that is famous for its centuries-old culture, the use of high technology, and the art of preserving health and prolonging life. Life expectancy in Japan is the highest in the world. And this - despite natural disasters, high residential density, and atomic bombs dropped on the Japanese cities of Herashima and Nagasaki at the end of World War II! The average life expectancy for men in Japan is 79 years, for women - 86 years. At the same time, every year 20,000 Japanese celebrate their 100th anniversary.

Japanese experts, for example, guarantee an optimal level of health provided that a person takes 10,000 steps a day. This is approximately 7.5-8 km. Our experts call a higher figure - up to 10 km.

Many civilized countries around the world celebrate Sports Day. This day was first introduced in Tokyo in 1966. On this day, competitions are usually held, and schools take exams in sports. Local authorities organize Sports Day so that everyone can take part in competitions on this day. A program for mass public involvement is being specially developed for this day. They love to hold “Sports Family” competitions. When holding Sports Day, the goal is achieved - the need for daily physical activity of the population, new knowledge in the field of hygiene and proper nutrition are shown. As a result, after the Sports Day, interest in physical education and sports increases among both children and their parents, and in addition there is a positive attitude towards their health and a healthy lifestyle.

Sweden. Men - 77 years old, women - 82 years old. Promotion of active recreation. Proof: skiers live 4 years longer than the rest of the country's population. For the Swedes, the promenade is sacred. In general, they prefer to walk, walk, move, and be active until their very old age. You can see an old man who walks a teaspoon per hour, but on his own. In February, all Swedish schools have a week of “sports holidays” - specifically so that parents and children can go skiing, as is customary. I'm not even talking about bicycles - they are everywhere here, almost everyone has a two-wheeled friend, in addition, you can rent a bicycle, there are bike paths everywhere. The Swedish recipe for health is constant activity,

China. Most of the country's population cannot afford medical care. Only 25% of the urban population and 10% of the rural population are able to pay for medical services: such statistics were stated in one of the reports of the Chinese Ministry of Health. In this situation, only wealthy people can afford to take care of their health. Why aren't the Chinese dying out? Largely due to national traditions.

Everyone is active: not only working people, but also older people. Every morning, several dozen old people gather in the parks to practice tai chi. During the day, events are organized for them every day in the parks, and the elderly are included in the life of society.

The ability to quickly relax. It has been noticed that only children, animals and the Chinese can sleep anywhere and in the most unexpected position. Residents of the Middle Kingdom do not disdain a 10-minute break in order to take a nap and gain strength.

Conclusion: Human health is the main value in life. You can't buy it for any money! Being sick, you will not be able to make your dreams come true, you will not be able to devote your strength to overcoming life’s challenges, and you will not be able to fully realize yourself in the modern world.

Andrey Stegantsev. Movement

Movement is life, and life is movement. The flow of waters, planets and stars are circling. And the sound of the winds, and the reflections of the fires, And the elastic tension of the bowstring.

Movement is life, and life is movement. The eternal transformation of the earth. Flowers and herbs have a cheerful, violent disposition, Tree sap is in spring fermentation.

Movement is life, and life is movement. Slipping of thought, tension of will. The fire of love raging in the blood, And dispassionate service to the truth.

Movement is life, and life is movement. Furious eternal battle. Fight with fate, fight with yourself! The triumph of victory, the bitterness of defeat.

Movement is life, and life is movement. And as a reward - the essence of comprehension. I'm coming. I'm running. I'm flying. I strive. I'm fighting! Sometimes I crawl, sometimes I fly on wings. And neither victory nor defeat will stop my movement.

The habit of maintaining health is the key to a normal life for a person. And this habit can be formed only when the person himself constantly and regularly engages in activities that benefit him: physical education, sports, hardening, eating right and resting well. So let's think about it! About Me! About future generations! About our future! Be healthy! And see you again!
