Nowadays machines do a lot for us. We willingly use the elevator, public transport, and like to relax while sitting. Mental labor is gradually replacing physical labor. Inactivity becomes a distinctive feature of the life of a modern person from childhood.

A decrease in physical activity is observed at all ages. Movement deficits progress as one moves from grade to grade: at the age of 6-8 years, inactivity occurs in 50% of schoolchildren, at the age of 9-12 years, 60%, and in 80% of children of senior school age.

About 19 hours a day - 85% of daytime (including sleep) a teenager is in complete or relative immobility. (972 hours per year!) We cannot refuse some actions. That's life!

He has only 4-5 hours left for walks, sports, and outdoor games. And according to the norm, physical activity should account for about 8 hours!

Problems associated with a sedentary lifestyle:

Lack of movement affects the general condition of the body: blood pressure often changes, weakness, headaches, bones become fragile, a person quickly gets tired, malaise, and mood drops sharply. One of the unfavorable manifestations is excess weight. They often get sick and their performance decreases.

These are just a few of the problems. They can lead to serious disruptions in the functioning of the cardiovascular, digestive, respiratory, nervous, and musculoskeletal systems.

How to eliminate the deficit of movements?
