I Organizational moment

-Hello guys! Today we have not an ordinary lesson, but a competition lesson! Our game involves two teams (team names). Teams will go through several tests in which they must demonstrate all their knowledge in mathematics. We will repeat and summarize the knowledge that you received in sixth grade.

II Motivation

For each successfully and quickly completed stage, teams receive points. The team that gets the most points will win. But for active participation in the quiz, each of you has the opportunity to get a good grade! You have a score sheet on your desk. Don't forget to enter your points into it.

III Update

Come on guys, let's count: Divide, add, multiply, subtract. Show your wits: Count, draw, draw! Well done to all of you! You are all daredevils! And may mathematics be your favorite throughout the years! She is both serious and difficult! But if you try a little, You can play and joke with her, Laugh and smile!

IV. Competition game

Stage 1: Collect a statement.
Assignment: Each team receives a set of cards from which they need to quickly make a statement. For a completed task, each team member receives 3 points. First team card:

Card for the second team:

Having worked hard, you collected the words. The words should now be connected. What phrase can they be combined into? What statement did you get? Answer: Mathematics is the queen of sciences, arithmetic is the queen of mathematics. (A pre-prepared poster is hung on the board.) This is a statement by a famous German mathematician of the last century. What was his name? Answer:
Carl Gauss.
Student message about Karl Gauss. Karl Gauss, who later became one of the greatest mathematicians of the 19th century (he was even called the “king of mathematicians”), revealed his talents very early.
It is said that at the age of three he noticed an error made by his father in calculations. And from the age of seven the boy went to school. At that time, students from different classes studied in the same classroom. To keep the first-graders occupied while he taught the third grade, the teacher ordered them to add up all the numbers from 1 to 100. But before he could finish reading the terms of the problem, little Karl wrote the answer on his board and put it on the teacher’s table. The teacher was surprised, but the answer was correct: 5050, and there were no calculations. The amazed teacher realized that he had met the most capable student of his life. Subsequently, Gauss made many significant discoveries in mathematics. Stage 2: Blitz tournament

(1 point for the correct answer) And now, guys, I will ask you questions.
Whoever knows the answer raises his hand. For the correct answer the player receives 1 point. If a player gives the wrong answer, then any other player who raised his hand first can answer. This means you earn points for yourself and for the team. Be very careful, as the questions offered are both serious and humorous. A labyrinth of difficult questions. Our knowledge and skills will help us solve them with ingenuity in half. Questions: 1. How many numbers do you know?
(10) 2. Which number is neither prime nor composite? (1) 3. Smallest seven-digit number? (1000,000) 4. Hundredth part of a number? (Percentage) 5. Which is lighter: one kilogram of cotton wool or one kilogram of iron? (Equal) 6. What is the name of the first coordinate of a point? (Abscissa.) 7. What is one-fourth of an hour? (15 min) 8. Largest negative integer? (-1) 9. Smallest prime number? (2) 10. There are 16.38 kg in a pood. Round to the nearest unit. (16) 11. What number must you divide 2 by to get 4? (1/2) 12. What is the name for a pair of numbers that determine the position of a point on a plane. (Coordinate points) 13. Three horses were running. Each horse ran 5 km. How many kilometers did the driver travel? (5 km) 14. Son with father, and grandfather with grandson. Are there many of them? (3) 15. How many people are in the team Ali - Baba (40) 16. What shaft is depicted in Aivazovsky’s painting? (9) 20. What will happen yesterday and what happened tomorrow? (today) Stage 3 Coordinate relay

-And we move on.
Two rectangular coordinate systems are drawn on the board for one and the other team. The coordinates of the points are recorded. Participants take turns placing these points on the coordinate plane and connecting them to the previous point with a segment. The result will be a certain pattern. Whichever team completes the task faster is the winner. This task is worth 3 points. Task for the first team: (0.0), (-1.1), (-3.1), (-2.3), (-3.3), (-4.6), (0.8 ), (2.5), (2.11), (6.10), (3.9), (4.5), (3.0), (2.0), (1.-7) , (3,-8), (0,-8), (0,0) eyes (3; 10) Answer:

Let's see what can delight you and me. To do this, we will hold a mathematical relay race. I give cards with a task (an example for all actions) for the first and second teams (the tasks are the same). The players of the first desk perform the first action, pass it on to the other desk, they decide the second action, and so on. Solve on the task sheet. If you notice that one of the team members has decided incorrectly, you can correct his action. The latter gives the sheet with the completed task to the teacher.
