There are a lot of sports in the world, and they are all different from each other. You have to be friends with sports. After all, movement is life. Many people consider sports to be an unnecessary activity. Not only do I disagree with this point of view, but I am also ready to prove that sports are great. Many people consider sports to be an unnecessary activity. I not only disagree with this point of view, but I am also ready to prove that sports are great. My name is Nikita Stepanov, I am 13 years old. At the age of five, my parents took me to a swimming lesson. For three months the coach taught me how to float, dive, and do exercises. At one of the training sessions, Gennady Viktorovich Shishin saw me and suggested that my mother transfer me to his sports group. Now my coach is Olga Nikolaevna Baidalova. She is a demanding, sensitive and kind coach. I enjoy training under her guidance. I have been swimming for 8 years. During this time, I participated in many competitions that took place in our city and in other cities. I won my first medal at a competition in Samara, it was third place, but for me this bronze was gold. In total I have 20 medals of different denominations and a badge for the second adult category. I am very proud of these awards, because this is a lot of work from my parents, coach and mine. My name is Nikita Stepanov, I am 13 years old. Swimming is a beautiful sport that has a beneficial effect on the entire body: it strengthens the respiratory system, bone tissue, spine, shapes posture, and improves overall well-being. This is one of the most accessible sports, since even a small child can be taught swimming. Thanks to this sport, the child will quickly become physically stronger. So you can practice swimming So you can practice swimming from a very early age. early age.

Swimming is also a healthy sport. Firstly, since I started doing it, I have gotten sick less. Secondly, swimming is very pleasant. The water immediately refreshes you, you become light, your body obediently glides through the water, you feel strong and agile. Thirdly, even a bad mood disappears somewhere. In addition, everyone needs to know how to swim in order not to expose themselves to danger and, if necessary, to help others. I talk about sports only as entertainment, not to mention its other advantages. It helps you become strong, healthy, courageous. Sport strengthens a person physically and spiritually. Sports also make a person disciplined, for example, I train six days a week, two workouts a day: at 6-00 in the morning and at 15-00, and I’m also in seventh grade and need to have time to do my homework. Not every person, especially a child, can withstand such a daily routine. Sport is also friendship. Our group is very friendly and we always help each other and enjoy the results of the team. A person can choose any sport at his own discretion and achieve great heights in it, or engage in it simply to maintain health, both are great. I exercise for health and of course for results. My immediate dream is to get to the “Jolly Dolphin” competition, which will be held in St. Petersburg and, of course, show good results. And in the future I want to become an international master of sports. But this requires a lot of training. Sport makes a person a strong and bright personality. Such people always command respect. I think sport will help me become that kind of person and choose my future profession. Because I love sports, movement and life.
