Work program for the course technology 2nd grade OS "School 2100"

  1. Explanatory note

The academic subject “Technology” in primary school plays a special role, as it has powerful developmental potential. The most important feature of these lessons is that they are built on a unique psychological and didactic basis - subject-based practical activities, which at primary school age serve as a necessary link in the holistic process of spiritual, moral and intellectual development (including abstract thinking).

In this training course, all elements of educational activity (planning, task orientation, transformation, product evaluation, the ability to recognize and pose problems arising in the context of a practical situation, propose practical solutions, achieve results, etc.) are presented in a visual way and thus become more understandable to children.

Program concept. The program solves a block of problems related to the formation of experience as the basis of learning and cognition, the implementation of search and analytical activities for the practical solution of educational problems of an applied nature, the formation of initial experience of practical transformative activities.

Relevance of the program. Subject-based practical creative activity, as the meaning of any activity, gives the child the opportunity not only for a detached perception of spiritual and material culture, but also a sense of belonging, a sense of self-realization, the need to master the world not only through content, but also through its transformation. The process and result of artistic and creative activity becomes not the goal itself, but, on the one hand, a means of understanding the world, on the other, a means for a deeper emotional expression of the inner feelings of both the creative child himself and the intentions of the objects of the material world he is studying. At the same time, the artistic and creative activity of a child involves all stages of learning about the world that are also inherent in adults: observation, reflection and practical implementation of the plan.

Significance of the program: the most important task of education in primary school is the formation of a functionally literate individual who has not only subject, but also universal knowledge and skills. The foundations of functional literacy are laid in the primary grades, including through subject-specific and practical creative activities. Teaching them the ability to use the acquired practical skills in everyday life and in project activities (both individual and collective).

Tools for assessing results:

  • productive tasks in textbooks, practical activities (individual and collective)
  • constant repetition of the most important concepts, laws and rules.

Student achievement assessment system:

  • Table of requirements for the subject in the “Student's Diary”. In it, the student (with the help of the teacher) gives his marks for various tasks that demonstrate the development of relevant skills
  • Portfolio of student achievements. A folder in which originals or copies (paper, digital) of assignments and works completed by the student are placed, containing not only a mark (score), but also an assessment (verbal description of his successes and advice on improving, eliminating possible shortcomings).

Symbol system: RK - regional component.

  1. General characteristics of the subject

The Technology course is an integral part of the School 2100 Educational System. This program is compiled on the basis of the requirements of the federal state educational standard for primary general education and the author’s program of O.A. Kurevina, E.A. Lutseva “Technology”.

Teaching is conducted according to the textbook: O.A. Kurevina, E.A. Lutseva “Technology” (Beautiful is next to you). Textbooks for grades 1-4; Moscow, BALASS.

No changes have been made to the author's program. The program was compiled taking into account the Republic of Kazakhstan. There are no changes in the total number of hours, as there is full compliance with the Approximate Basic Program.

Technology as an academic subject is complex and integrative in nature. In terms of content, it assumes real connections with almost all primary school subjects.

Mathematics - modeling, performing calculations, calculations, building forms taking into account the basics of geometry, working with geometric shapes.

The surrounding world - consideration and analysis of natural forms and structures, nature as a source of raw materials, taking into account environmental problems, human activity as the creator of the material and cultural environment, the study of ethnocultural traditions.

Native language - the development of oral speech based on the use of the most important types of speech activity and the main types of educational texts in the process of analyzing tasks and discussing the results of practical activities.

Literary reading is working with texts to create an image that is realized in a product or theatrical performances.

Fine arts - the use of means of artistic expression in order to harmonize forms and designs, the manufacture of products based on the laws and rules of decorative and applied arts and design.

The goal of the course is the self-development and development of the personality of each child in the process of mastering the world through his own creative subject activity.

Course objectives:

— obtaining initial ideas about the creative and moral significance of labor in human life and society; about the world of professions and the importance of choosing the right profession;

  • assimilation of initial ideas about material culture as a product of subject-transforming human activity;
  • acquisition of self-care skills; mastering technological techniques for manual processing of materials; mastering safety rules;
  • using acquired knowledge and skills to creatively solve simple design, artistic and design (design), technological and organizational problems;
  • acquisition of initial skills of joint productive activity, cooperation, mutual assistance, planning and organization;
  • acquisition of initial knowledge about the rules for creating a subject and information environment and the ability to apply them to perform educational, cognitive and design artistic and design tasks.

The methodological basis of the course is an activity-based approach. Reproductive remains the development of new technological techniques and design features through special exercises.

Practical work of various types performed by students must meet uniform requirements - practical significance (personal or social), accessibility, aesthetics, and environmental friendliness. The teacher has the right to include his own versions of products, taking into account the regional component and his own aesthetic interests.

An important part of practical work is exercises to master the basic technological techniques and operations that underlie the manual processing of materials available to children of primary school age. Exercises are the key to high-quality performance of holistic work. The techniques mastered through exercises are included in practical work on the manufacture of products.

The proposed “Technology” course includes the following types of work:

  • simple observations and studies of the properties of materials, methods of their processing; analysis of structures, their properties, principles and techniques for their creation;
  • modeling, design from different materials (based on a sample, model);
  • solving available design and technological problems (defining the search area, searching for missing information, determining the range of possible solutions, choosing the optimal solution), creative artistic problems (general design, design);
  • simple design (accepting an idea, searching and selecting the necessary information, the final image of the object, determining the design features and manufacturing technology of the product, selecting tools, materials, choosing methods for processing them, implementing the plan with adjusting the design and technology, checking the product in action, presentation (protection ) process and result of work).

The regional component of the course is implemented through familiarity with culture and various types of creativity and work, the content of which reflects the local history focus. These can be products related to the crafts and trades of a given area, or other cultural traditions.

Students' activities initially have a mainly individual character. But the share of collective works, especially creative, generalizing ones—projects—is gradually increasing.

Monitoring educational results, assessing students’ activities in the classroom.

Student activity in the classroom is two-way in nature. It includes creative mental work and a practical part to implement the plan. Mastered subject knowledge and skills, as well as universal learning activities, are assessed. The results of practical work can be assessed according to the following criteria: the quality of performance of individual (studied in the lesson) techniques and operations and the work as a whole. An indicator of the level of formation of universal educational actions is the degree of independence and the nature of the activity (reproductive or productive). Creative searches and discoveries are encouraged in a verbal form.

  1. Description of the place of the subject in the curriculum

The content of the course contains enough material for its implementation from 1st to 4th grade within the framework of the subject of technology - 1 hour per week in each class. The total amount of study time is 135 hours.
