Progress of the class hour.

Teacher.

Every person wants to be happy, to have good luck, success, and would like to get to know the world and themselves better in this world.

In today's class we will try to derive a formula for success.

What is success?

– Success and luck, what’s the difference?

Luck and success are quite different things. Luck is not your fault, just as winning the lottery is not your fault. Luck falls on you simply because you are lucky.

It is necessary to analyze situations and answer the question: “In which situations did a person achieve success on his own, and in which was it just luck?” (slide)

  1. You won a large sum of money in the lottery.
  2. You are an athlete and for your successful performance in competitions you received a large sum of money as a prize.
  3. You successfully answered the test questions in the subject and received an excellent grade.
  4. You have been unexpectedly promoted.
  5. You worked hard and fruitfully for a long time and you were promoted.
  6. You have never been interested in literature, but after participating in a poetry competition, you were chosen as the best poet in school.
  7. You carefully prepared for the test, but for reasons beyond your control the lesson was cancelled, how do you feel?
  8. It’s your first day in a new class and you immediately hit it off with all your classmates.

A person can learn about his abilities only by trying to apply them to certain circumstances and situations. (You will now do this when answering the test questions).

Test

Are you the “captain” of your life?

To answer this question you need to read fifteen judgments.

If you agree with it, mark it with a plus sign; if you disagree, mark it with a minus sign. If you don’t know whether you agree or not, put “zero”. So…

1.I always feel personally responsible for everything that happens in my life.

2. There wouldn’t be so many problems in my life if some people changed their attitude towards me. 3. I prefer to act rather than think about the reasons for my failures.

4. Sometimes it seems to me that I was born somehow not happy.

5. I believe that alcoholics themselves are to blame for their illness.

6.Sometimes I think that the people under whose influence I became who I am are responsible for a lot of things in my life.

7.If I have a cold, I try not to take medicine and avoid taking what the doctor prescribed for me.

8. The nasty character of girls (boys) who are so annoying is not their fault, but other people’s.

9. Any problem can be solved, and I don’t understand people who always have some kind of difficulties in life.

10..I love helping people because I feel grateful for what others have done for me.

11.If a conflict occurs, then, when thinking about who is to blame for it, I usually start with myself.

12.If a black cat crosses my path, I prefer to cross to the other side of the street.

13. I am convinced that every person, regardless of circumstances, should be strong and independent.

14. I know my shortcomings, but I want others to treat them condescendingly.

15.I usually put up with a situation that I am not able to influence.

For each “+” for judgments numbered 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, give yourself 10 points.

For each “-” for judgments with numbers 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, also give yourself 10 points.

For each “0”, that is, for each “I don’t know” - 5 points.

Now count the total number of points. If it works...

100-150 points: you are the captain of your own life. You feel responsible for everything that happens to you, you take on a lot - you overcome difficulties without exaggerating them or making special problems out of them. You see a goal in front of you and think about how you can achieve it. What you feel at the same time, what is happening in your soul is a mystery to others.

58-99 points: you willingly serve as the helmsman on your own ship of life. If necessary, you are able to transfer the steering wheel (steering wheel) to the right hands. When assessing your own difficulties, you have no tendency to make mistakes. Flexibility, prudence and sensitivity are usually your allies. Situations happen that have nothing to do with you and for which you do not bear any responsibility, but nevertheless, if this is required, you still take responsibility. You know how to live in harmony with other people.

Up to 49 points: you are often a “passenger” in your own life. You easily agree with the opinion of the majority, you have a certain tendency to obey external forces, saying: “It’s fate, this is how the circumstances turned out.” For your difficulties, you blame anyone, the whole wide world, but not yourself. Nevertheless, you know how to coexist peacefully, sometimes not caring about what kind of people surround you and how they treat you.

Teacher. Conversation with students. Survey results. Students can be divided into three groups.

The first are those who willingly serve as helmsmen on their own ship of life. Flexibility, prudence and sensitivity, responsibility are their allies.

The latter are often passengers in their own lives. We tend to blame fate for our difficulties. “It was fate, circumstances.”

Still others are the captains of their lives, they see a goal in front of them and think about how it can be achieved, they feel responsible for everything that happens to them. They succeed easily.

Teacher. Which of these groups will be successful?

Answer. The first group, because these people see a goal and ways to achieve it.

Teacher. You believe that the component of success is determination and extreme concentration on its implementation (makes a note on the board in the form of a ladder)

1. Landmark-goal. (balance your desires with real possibilities and set reasonable goals)

Is this the only component of success?

Answer. No

Group assignment. Continue the sentence “To achieve success... (each group gives two additions, write on the board.)

Possible components of success:

2. Resources.

Define the word resources. Try to explain what resources a person has and how you would divide them. Dialogue with students.

There are 2 types of resources: External (time, money, friends, connections) and Internal (Character traits, Level of education)

Internal resources.

Character traits:

  1. Self-confidence. A confident person always has a huge influence on others. He creates a zone of attraction around himself. Lack of confidence deprives a person of inner strength and weakens his position in life. He rarely succeeds because he is constantly tormented by doubts.

“First believe in yourself, and then others will believe in you” is the favorite expression of singer Alla Pugacheva.

  1. Be clear about your desires and do not deviate from them. Successful people clearly know what they want and focus on the goal. Nothing else matters. Many people jump from one goal to another and end up failing.
  2. Concentration. Learn to focus on your goal. Be attentive to details, but don't skimp on trifles.
  3. Concentration. No matter how you break your project down into mini-goals and tasks, what you need to do is see it through to completion. Any distracting projects should wait or go according to plan only after the main one. Focusing on one task is a guarantee of its completion.
  4. Fruitful work. Labor is what makes a man out of a monkey. Do you know how to cope with laziness? Consider that 50% of success is in your pocket.
  5. The ability not to fall into despair. The ability not to take other people's reproaches and criticism to heart helps to maintain peace of mind, not to succumb to doubts and not to fail.

Teacher: guys, which person do you think has a greater chance of success? An optimist or a pessimist? …conversation…

  1. Optimism. Optimism is the most important trait of any successful person. Without it, everything else would have little meaning and would be difficult to accomplish. If successful people didn't see the glass as half full, no amount of persistence would save them. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to maintain a positive mindset and never give up. It is important to realize that pessimists are chronic losers. They are never lucky, nothing works out for them. They live “in the wrong place and at the wrong time,” from failure to failure, desperately envying those who always have everything in order.

The level of education.

The information content and effectiveness of the decision made depends directly on the degree of awareness of the matter.

External resources.

time,

money,

Friends,

communications.

– Let’s give examples of famous people who have achieved success in life through external and internal resources. (Viktor Tsoi, Steve Jobs, Gabrielle Chanel).

Students share messages about these famous people and their own “formulas for success.”

Teacher: name the character qualities that helped these people become successful. (Striving, patience, hard work, sociability, love of life, attentiveness, practicality, ability to get things done, risk, etc.)

3. Actions

MECHANISMS FOR ACHIEVEMENT OF SUCCESS

To achieve success, you must understand and do the following:

1. You are tired of failure and don’t want to live like this anymore - act, change your life now. 2. The keys to success are in your pocket. You need to bake your success every minute. Don't complain about lack of time. There are as many hours in your day as Einstein, Pushkin, Korolev... 3. Real goals and vigorous activity are the main engines of success. Luck loves to be conquered throughout your life. Allow yourself to relax and she will slip away from you. Plan your actions clearly and be active. 4. Long live the new day! Strive to live each day to the fullest. Put in as much effort as possible to achieve maximum results today. 5. Belief in success. Remember to engage in positive programming: “I know for sure that everything will work out for me.” 6. Search for success. Success does not choose us, but we choose it. Include creativity mechanisms as much as possible. 7. Often one in the field is not a warrior. Develop your ability to interact successfully with others. 8. Not only the result is important, but also the process. Learn to receive satisfaction not only in moments of achieving results, but also in the process of work, overcoming difficulties. 9. Patience and work will grind everything down. Work on yourself, and if it doesn’t work out, work some more!

Teacher: guys, what do you think prevents a person from achieving success?...

WHAT PREVENTS A PERSON TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS?

1. Live in the past. Concentrating on it as the best part of his life, a person leaves no energy and time for the present and future and is not immune from accidents. 2. Look at yourself as a victim of evil fate, a fatal coincidence of circumstances. 3. Believe that there is always one correct solution, the only way out. This prevents you from seeing new effective solutions and achieving success. 4. Engage in negative programming. 5. Concentrate on the unpleasant aspects of the situation. Invent new problems for yourself that do not allow you to succeed. 6. Believe in fatal prophecies.

Well, now, let's try to derive a formula for success based on everything we talked about today in our class hour.

SUCCESS

You need to clearly imagine what you want - this is the goal. You need to know what you have in order to achieve your goal - these are resources. You need to immediately begin to act - these are actions. You will get what you wanted - this is the result.

See you again!

Pedagogical analysis of extracurricular activities:

The choice of topic for the extracurricular event was not accidental. Currently, it is extremely important to form in the modern generation of schoolchildren a sense of self-sufficiency and responsibility through awareness of the formula: “I make my life myself.” Therefore, it is important to familiarize students with this topic, and most importantly, to instill in children a correct and loyal attitude towards their successes and failures, teach them to reflect and correct their actions in order to achieve maximum success and extract as many successful actions as possible from their own abilities and capabilities. Also, to form in them a more sensitive attitude towards themselves, to delve into their inner world in order to learn as much as possible about their own character traits, because a person’s character, as the main internal resource, largely determines the success or failure of a particular person.

The set goals and objectives of the extracurricular activity were fully achieved. During the event, the children showed activity and attentiveness, and treated the presenters and their performing comrades with respect. Consequently, I remembered the slides on the screen, the conversation with the presenters during the class hour, and the bright speeches of my classmates. Also, during the course of the event, the guys became familiar with all the nuances of the “formula for success”, became familiar with its components (landmark goal, resources, actions, results) and understood for themselves all sorts of ways and means of achieving success; In the final part of the event, the children learned about those aspects that prevent certain people from achieving success and, based on the information received during the class hour, together with the presenters they came up with a “formula for success.” The students' horizons were clearly expanded.

When conducting educational activities, I would like the students themselves to take the initiative in choosing topics for class hours and events, but class teachers also need to know, understand and direct the ongoing events, conversations, and activities in the right direction. It should also be noted that the main problems of organizing extracurricular activities in modern schools are the banal lack of extracurricular time for carrying out educational and pedagogical work; and this shortage is especially acute in the senior level, for obvious reasons (the time allotted for certain events and class hours is simply wasted on career guidance, various courses, additional extracurricular activities, etc.).

Class hour on the topic: WorldSkillsRussia - the path to success!

Slide 1-2. Today, having a working profession is not only useful and in demand, but also interesting and quite profitable!

If you look into the last century of our country, when mass construction of cities with high-rise buildings began, old ones were restored and new industries appeared, the profession of a worker was more popular than ever.

Even then, it was considered honorable, decently paid, and encouraged in every possible way by the state (housing, sick leave payments, vouchers to holiday camps, sanatoriums...).

Today, the worker’s profession again needs advertising and popularization!

Slide 12 Some facts from history

1946 - WorldSkills rose from the ruins of the Second World War, which devastated Europe's economy and led to a huge skills shortage that threatened a new economic depression.

1950 Francisco Albert Vidal was commissioned to create a skills competition for the youth of Spain and Portugal. Madrid 1950 was a modest event by today's standards, but an international movement was born.

1953 Competition grew rapidly. Young people from Germany, the UK, France, Morocco and Switzerland answered the call, with two participants traveling to Spain unannounced and at their own expense.

Slide 13 Russia was officially accepted as a member of this organization on May 17, 2012 as part of the General Assembly of the WSI Association taking place in South Korea.

On November 8, 2014, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed the Order (dated October 8, 2014 No. 1987-r) on the establishment of the union “Agency for the Development of Professional Communities and Workforce “WorldSkills Russia”.

Slide 14 The first All-Russian competition for blue-collar professions, WorldSkills Russia, took place in the spring of 2013 in Togliatti. More than 300 contestants aged 18 to 22 took part in it.

Based on the results of the competition, the Russian Federation team was formed, which in July 2013 took part in the WorldSkills International 2013 World Championship in Leipzig. Russia shared the last, 41st place, with Chile, Estonia, Iceland, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

In 2014, the WorldSkills Russia team took part in the EuroSkills European Championship, held in the city of Lille in France. The Russian team took 11th place in points, without receiving a single medal, the team received one medallion for professionalism.

Slide 15 In 2020, the Russian team took part in the world championship in Sao Paulo, the Russian team was in 14th position in terms of points, receiving 6 medallions for professionalism, but not receiving a single prize medal.

General Assemblies

The WorldSkills General Assembly (GA) is held every two years between WorldSkills competitions, on competition issues and development strategy.

Competition rules

Competition Rules determine the decisions and rules for the organization and conduct of WorldSkills competitions, which include all skill competitions. They are updated by the Competition Committee and approved by the General Assembly.

Code of Ethics and Conduct

This Code of Ethics and Conduct provides guidance for behavior and decision making in accordance with the values and ethical standards of WorldSkills International.

slide 25 EXPERTS OF WORLDSKILLS COMPETITIONS

The role of experts in organizing competitions is very high. An expert is recognized as a person who has certain competencies: knowledge of his profession, knowledge of WS standards and regulations, knowledge of the competition procedure, participation in the preparation of a test task and in determining evaluation criteria.

For a high-quality assessment, a minimum regulated number of experts is also required. The number of experts may exceed the number of participants. Often this is even welcomed, since it allows for higher objectivity of judging

slide 26 PRINCIPLES OF WORLDSKILLS COMPETITIONS (WORLDSKILLS STANDARD)

To achieve maximum effect, the following competition conditions must be observed:

  • Competitions must be public, i.e. they can be freely visited by all interested parties,
  • Competition rules and conditions must be uniform and equal for all participants,
  • Test tasks and assessment criteria must be known in advance,
  • During the competition, all selected criteria must be evaluated. No less than 16 and no more than 22 hours of pure competitive time are allocated for this (practice has shown that this is the most optimal time for a reliable assessment of the competencies of participants),
  • The maximum possible number of specialists and experts should be involved in the process of assessing criteria,
  • The result evaluation system should be unbiased (preferably electronic) and based on primary information received from each expert.

In the so-called The WorldSkills standard includes regulatory documentation for competitions, namely: Technical Description (TD - Technical Description), Test Project (TP - Test Project), Evaluation Criteria, Infrastructure List, competition site plan with equipment (Layout) and Technical Requirements safety (Health & Safety).

The WorldSkills Competition, which was held in Russia in 2020, was intended not only to be a competition for young world-class professionals, but also an open statement by our country about the transition of domestic vocational education to the high standards accepted in advanced countries.

The WorldSkills movement in Russia is covering more and more regions of our country. And now at the state level it is called upon to become the main driving force in the popularization of blue-collar professions and the training of highly qualified personnel for the benefit of the domestic economy.

Slide 27 And WorldSkills left its mark on our site

It is worth noting that the branch of the Altai Transport College is a training base for the regional team to participate in the championships of the international movement WorldSkills, a resource center with modern equipment and technologies that meet the requirements of the standards, as well as the presence of experts to carry out training and assess the relevant qualifications according to the standards.

For many years, the technical school has been successfully implementing transport-related professions and specialties, and has also received a license to implement new educational programs included in the TOP-50 and TOP-Region at the head site “Car repair and maintenance specialist”, “Engine repair and maintenance” , systems and components of automobiles”, on our site “Operation of agricultural machines”. These programs fully comply with the requirements of professional standards and WorldSkills Russia standards.

In addition, in 2020, the technical school was awarded the status of a specialized competence center. There are 8 of them in the region.

At the branch of the Altai Transport College in the village of Pervomaiskoye, competitions are being held in the “Operation of Agricultural Machinery” competency.

The task for the “Operation of Agricultural Machinery” competency consists of 5 modules: maintenance of the gas distribution mechanism, power system, assembly of the baler and arable unit, repair of the header of the combine harvester.

Each task is assessed according to its own criteria, but the main thing is compliance with labor protection, identification and elimination of malfunctions in equipment.

Slide 28 In 2020, the honor of our technical school was defended by student Danil Komarov, who took 1st place in the regional championship in the “Operation of Agricultural Machinery” competency.

Slide 29 Our P\O masters have high levels of professional skill and extensive experience in training qualified workers, and act as experts at the regional championship in their competence.

Yurikov Alexey Viktorovich - chief regional expert of the region

Kukhtinov Alexey Petrovich – expert of the regional championship

Gushchin Andrey Gennadievich – technical expert of the regional championship.

The work on the site was supervised by qualified experts from the WorldSkills Russia championship. These are specially trained experts invited from other regions of the country. Assessing the conduct of competitions in this competency, they noted that the technical school’s base is 100% consistent with the finals of the national championship.

Experts note that this competition makes it possible to determine the level of training of future specialists by region, i.e. in the end-to-end monitoring system, you can see the results of the subjects and identify where the areas of training are better and where they are worse, this allows you to make the necessary adjustments to the training of students.

Let us remind you that the Altai Transport College is the training base for the regional team to participate in the championships of the international movement WorldSkills, a resource center with modern equipment and technologies that meet the requirements of the standards, as well as the presence of experts to carry out training and evaluate the relevant qualifications according to the standards.

December 01, 2020 at the Altai State Theater for Children and Youth named after. V.S. Zolotukhin hosted a solemn award ceremony for the winners and participants of the III Open Regional Championship of the Altai Territory “Young Professionals WorldSkills Russia 2018”.

April 18, 2020 Qualifying competitions for the right to participate in the finals of the VII National Championship “Young Professionals” Worldskills Russia in the “Operation of Agricultural Machinery” competency have started in the Rostov region.

Slide 30 On April 22, the winner of the 2018 Regional Championship, Alexander Shevkunov, a student of group TM61/62 of the technical school branch, performed at the competition site as part of the fifth group. Alexander went to the competition site, the Oktyabrsky Agricultural and Technological College of the Rostov region, with Alexey Viktorovich Yurikov, a master of industrial training, the main regional expert of the region. Unfortunately, our students have not yet managed to make it to the national finals of the championship, but we hope that our future competition participants will take their participation in the championship to its logical conclusion, and among the participants in the WSR National Championship there will be a student from the Altai Transport College.

Slide 31 One of the tasks facing WorldSkills Russia is reforming the system of secondary vocational education and introducing new examination standards.

The Russian Ministry of Education and Science is introducing a demonstration exam for college graduates instead of the current practice of writing a thesis, as this is a necessity for students to demonstrate acquired skills and abilities that make them international-level specialists.

A demonstration exam is necessary to confirm the graduate’s high-quality training in the field of vocational education.

A demonstration exam is a procedure that allows a student to demonstrate mastered professional competencies in conditions close to production.

The purpose of conducting a demonstration exam (DE) is to determine the compliance of the results of mastering educational programs of secondary vocational education with the requirements of WorldSkills standards and federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education for the relevant competencies.

Slide 32 Since this year, a center for conducting demoexams has been operating on the basis of our branch.

Completed examination items will only be assessed in accordance with WSR assessment procedures. The results are reflected in the examination sheet and entered into the CIS system. Based on the results of completing a demonstration exam, graduates receive a certificate reflecting the points earned, and a Skills passport is issued for each one. The criteria for assessing the completed task are developed in accordance with the WorldSkills Russia Competition Regulations and the technical description of the competency (profession).

Gradually, the demonstration exam is being integrated into the state final certification. Last academic year, in our technical school, for the first time in the Altai Territory, the state final certification of students in the profession “Tractor driver of agricultural production” was held in the form of a demonstration exam. It should be noted that our graduates passed this test with honor. All 19 graduate tractor drivers received only good and excellent grades.

The economy of any developed country needs qualified workers who can work according to the latest international quality standards. High-tech production requires appropriate training, and the speed of technology development dictates the need for the rapid implementation of new technologies, standards and tools.

WorldSkills Championships are exactly the platform where the best craftsmen from many countries can exchange experiences, and not just learn, but also form modern international standards.
